para ser un hotel de lujo y todo lo que se paga la habitación no supero mis expectativas muy básicas. se fue la luz por 2 horas de la habitación, tuvimos todo un día sin aire porque ellos le estaban dando mantenimiento, limpiaban las habitaciones un día si y un día no, jamas pude usar la tina de baño.

The staff was really nice

Nothing else there were no towels my sons room had a leak in the ceiling. Cups were not being washed properly for drinks, no one answered the phone for room service would never stay here again

That even that we pay “vip” the team never let us know that we have an area for us to do the checkin and checkout. The staff never refill the shampoo and hair conditioner plus water for us during the 4 days that we were there. It was requested several times but unfortunately, never were provided.

The hotel was nice, and I chose to stay here as I wanted a change from another location. The check-in process was fast since I had a VIP booking. The resort was well-maintained, and I felt really safe during my stay. There were so many food options available, especially high-end seafood and wine, which was really nice. Approximately 95 percent of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort was very clean and peaceful, despite its large size. There were plenty of pools available to accommodate the guests. The drinks served were also good overall it was sn amazing experience.

I had only one bad experience with the security at the sports bar. The bar was shut down an hour earlier than expected, and he was very rude to us, refusing to let us in. Additionally, I had hoped for a special birthday gesture in my room as I had notified the property about it, but unfortunately, I didn't receive it.

the shows at the pool , it was just music out 4 days I was there , 1 day only watched a good show the rest was just music

we had all inclusive, the food was gross, no flavor. only decent food was the chicken tenders. the whole hotel was HOT lobby area eating area and it smelled. our door wouldnt lock and when we addressed our problem the front desk people were rude and would talk over us, not worth the money we spent.

we had a black wristband which gave us access to everything expect a few paid for options. all the food offerings were great. Whitebox was the best for food and cocktails with super friendly staff. pool party each day and entertainment every night. we left the complex a couple of times to party into the night but overall was good. entertainers were very good too!

rooms are a little dated but any problems were fixed pretty fast. (our shower was abit weak in pressure) drinks outside of the restaurants were abit like paint stripper for spirits and no wine options but navigated around it.

Breakfast great. Overall the restaurants need more veggie and fish options
