They have dolphins in small pools for the amusement of the guests. Abhorrent! Dated facilities. Below average food.

Nice place, nice staff, (love the greeting hand on the chest thing) happening place lots of sitting areas to relax with beautiful views and beaches, hot tub on the balcony good thing.

Very windy place cuz its an open area near the ocean,was hoping for a more relaxing time and not have to be blown away literally instead of being blown away figuratively.

The best location in Cancun and the best hotel in Cancun. It has a dolphin pool and the restaurants are delicious.

We booked the Turquoize and didn't see value in the extra we paid other than the jacuzzi.

We had a swim up room and it was amazing. Our Butler Joel was amazing as well. Weather was perfect. Can't wait to come back next year!

the food was amazing for an all inclusive! the facilities and safety was great! the staff and mayordomos were superb. we stayed for our honeymoon before coming home and they made our stay memorable.

Staff was very friendly and would always go above and beyond to help. Pools were sparkling clear, beach was very soft sand, and the selection of restaurants and other eating selections was top notch. Premium drink pours, not just well drinks.

I can think of nothing that I didn't like.

First of all it was one of the best experience at a hotel that is not call Four Seasons or Disney Hotels.staff were extremely attentive to details and made sure no details were missed during our stay.we had a butler assign to us and we communicated thru Wasap for any reservation or question we had . The variety of food is incredible ,they were so well prepared and it was all inclusive except for the French restaurant where we ordered a tomahawk and lobster tail(more than worth the $). Cancun people are pleasant and we always felt safe outside the hotel.also we did a tour to Chichén Itza de deep see fishing that were coordinated with excellent tour companies.

If you sign up for the adult tower you will still be around children’s since the tower is within the big complex.Still the space is so big that kids are not a bother at all

When I book all included I expect all included not spending 10.00 for a coconut make you feel like Mille and Dime guest.

The service was unbelievable and they have the best beach front in Cancun. If you’re staying at the Turquoize then you get butler service and we truly got the best butlers with Ana & Gustavo. They went above and beyond to make us feel special. If you want to feel like a king and queen then I would recommend this resort. Even the staff at the pools are great, we had such a good experience with Emmanuel that helped us and gave up some good tips. He wasn’t even a waiter but definitely assisted us greatly! We are going to come back again just because the service. The facilities are also the best in Cancun. Nice pool with great entertainment. They had shows every night and and cool events through out the resort.
