The free parking right in front of the hotel,the A/C was working fine, the reception lady kinda sorta understood Russian, though couldn't speak it. The wifi worked good.

The 80s called and they want that hotel back. Carpets on the floors, a terrible smell (thr carpets probably absorbed it from the times there were no smoking bans), the matress was probably from the 80s as well. The boiler is above the sink, every time I used the sink I bumped into the boiler. The hot water ended after about 7-8 minutes, so if you planned a long shower, or god forbid, 2 showers for 2 people - foeget it. The reception lady didn't speak a word in English, so even attempting to ask for an advice was useless. Overall not an 'avoid at all cost', but 'avoid if possible'

I loved that my room was very neat, cozy and had a view of the Danube River. The location was also very good and it was near one of the best restaurants in the town.

The noise. I could hear people taking a shower, talking, brushing their teeth, or just using the tap. The walls are obviously not insulated against noise and neither are the pipes. The floor seemed very thin as well. That is my only complaint regarding this hotel.

The hotel is a little bit aged but everything was clean and okay. It was perfect for a short overnight stay. The breakfast could have been a little bit more extensive.

A good hotel in a very good location. The owners were so welcoming and friendly and were able to make my stay a great one! Will definitely return.

Great people working there and lovely location right next to the Danube and the train station/centre of town. Wifi works fast and the room is very clean. The breakfast is a nice addition too.

Was there during the CoVid 19 scare. Local facilities were shut down but staff was helpful and supportive.

The receptionist didn't speak a word of English, but she made up for it in enthusiasm and eagerness to help. Lovely lady! The location is nice, right next to the Danube, our room was spacious and there's free parking right in front of the hotel with plenty of space.

The place is in urgent need of a renovation and some new linens. Hotel sheets should be white and soft, these were scratchy and looked like they belong in grandma's house. The rug was not properly vacuumed, the desk had a thick layer of dust, the curtains and drapes need to be washed, the bathroom was full of water residues and cables were hanging off the walls in both the living room and the bedroom. We were shown a couple of rooms before choosing the one we ended up with and all of them smelled like stale cigarettes. And the bed is too short. I'm not at all tall and my feet were hanging over the edge of the bed. Whoever said that this place has a great breakfast probably hadn't seen food before. We left without touching our plates. And to top things off... we were woken up at 1 o'clock in the morning by some people in another room who were fighting and, by the sound of it, breaking the furniture and being violent with each other. This lasted for about two hours. Nobody from the hotel tried to do anything about it, which did not make us feel safe at all. And you can't pay by card. In 2019, in a city in the EU.
