Great Location with a Happy staff..
4.3
Great location and what a view! Very pretty room with everything you need. Staff were very kind at check in and check out.

Beautiful, safety & clean place!
Our windows view was on roofs of the town, I love it
We had a breakfast in LA MACHINHUEPA VALLE - it is in 50 metros from hotel, wonderful food. As I understood they cooperate with Hotel San Sebastian, you can order food in hotel, it is free
WiFi - I couldn't work. If I stay there again I will not plan to work
And the blankets were quite thin

This is a very affordable boutique hotel In a very good location. You can walk to the center and to great restaurants and bars around the area. We traveled from Ciudad de México by bus, and the bus station was about 10 min walking distance to the hotel. Beautiful view, the hotel doesn't offer breakfast but there are great caffes around the area.
You can hear a little bit the noise from the street, it wasn't a problem since we really rest at this hotel.

No coffee maker in the room

Close to the centro.

Our room had a wonderful view of the city/lake.
The staff was very friendly.
Easy to communicate through whatsapp.
Well located, lots of nearby restaurants.
They do not serve food, only coffee/candy.
We lost power for an entire morning (it was fine but we had remote work pending).
They only accept cash (you can change money in a nearby bank)

The location of the hotel is quite central. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room is okay and we had a small balcony with a view of the cathedral.
It could be a good idea to put two chairs and a small table on the balcony.
The shower didn't work properly as was mentioned in some previous comments.
It can get pretty loud - music, cars passing by, you can hear it all.
I think the price could be cheaper for what the hotel offers.

The location of the hotel was great with an amazing view of the lake. In the evening I could hear some music but that's expected when staying in the center. I know that not all the room have a nice view but luckily I had a corner room. The room was clean and Wi-Fi was ok.
Even though I had a good sleep, the bed was a bit soft for me. The hot water pressure was quite weak and you had to wait a few minutes for a hot water.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Walkable to the lake/centro area.
Rooms were kind of plain/basic

perfect location

average room, just fine for one night stand on New Year’s Eve
The staff is beyond awful. Not just rude, cinic
4.3
The room we stayed, because it is in a higher area of de small city, had a beautiful panorama over the small city and lake, i think this was room #6. Not All room have panorama, If you like room with panorama, Please call hotel and reserve explicitly to avoid disappointment when arriving.
How to drive/find the hotel. If hotel could provide a MAP how to localize the hotel, that would be great. However Google Maps guide us there.
4.3
Location and quietness.
No wifi in room, basic furnishing with no closet, no reading light by bed, one of few rooms with no balcony
4.3
Clean, excellent ubicación
The opportunity is the parking... but isn’t a problem

- Lovely little hotel with beautiful, stylish rooms and bathrooms; our room was exactly like pictured.
- Everything very clean, the staff friendly and helpful.
View from the room at the corner is beautiful, you can see the lake.
- The location is great, super close to the center with kiosko municipal to one side (about 3 minutes walking) and the lake on the other side (about 8 minutes walking I'd guess).
The only very bad things for me were the bad (or no) wifi signal in the room and that the walls are super thin. You can hear the people next door talking and the door is like made out of paper. I was awake for hours at night because there was a very noisy group in the hotel until about 6am and it felt like there was no door at all - this probably doesn't happen every night but the staff could've said something.
