I wish there were a variety of bed pillows . I did not like the feather like pillows . I also was not advised at check in that I needed to tell the front desk to have our room cleaned.

Lovely grounds, clean easy to find .. close to shopping, restaurants etc. daily breakfast really good, refilled entrees & staff amazing.
The elevators were somewhat noisy & jerky ?.
Our AC had issues on our last night (froze) & had to pack up prematurely & move to another room. Not how we hoped to spend our final evening. 🙁

Breakfast was very good, and the gentleman that kept everything clean and full was outstanding.
My sister and I choose to put the do not disturb card on our door for Thursday, Friday and Saturday stay. A lady with a clip board saw me in the hallway and confirmed our choice. But by Sunday we indicated by taking the card off that we did want the room cleaned and fresh towels. On our way out we saw the lady with the clipboard and she said okay. We came back at 8:00 pm and was shocked to find nothing had been done. I got a very nice lady at the front desk to get us towels and she apologized and also said she would let the manager know.

Joe was a cheerful, hard worker in the breakfast area.

Close to locations I had to visit & my friends. Breakfast was decent.
Pool was closed indefinitely- should have emailed me a notice.
Room wall was dirty & wallpaper was peeling. I could see wipe marks on coffee maker - so I felt it was cleaned with a dirty rag. Coffee pods were not refilled nor were the makeup removers.

The staff was excellent.
Noisy AC. Motor was going on and off every five minutes or so. I finally called the front desk and they turned it off, but then the room was stuffy.

it is always a nice hotel for the price. one slight downside is the location is a 10-15 min drive to Haverford /Ardmore . Rooms have a microwave and coffee maker. The coffee station is open to 8 or 9 pm downstairs, They have a small outside area with tables and chairs to sit at.

The staff was great, very friendly and accomodating.Aaron at the front desk was great. PJ in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful.
Maintenance was not good. We reported various problems and these were not taken care of. For example, one side of the black out curtains would not move and the rod to move it was ripped off and this was not fixed.
The first room we were in had absolutely no pictures or decorations - it felt sterile. The second room we were in did have one picture.

Breakfast was standard for continental. The waffles and granola were great. Could have had more fruit options.

Missed the breakfast as we checked out early. Location is great right off the entry lobby. The available microwave is a huge plus to warm up Trader Joes frozen meals.

On check in asked for AAA or military discount. Staff did not know how to do it. Next day staff unable to offer saying it was because we had already checked in which is ridiculous because credit card not charged until checking out!
