Great accommodation with all you need in sleek concrete design. Beautiful pool/garden area and mezcal bar. Very friendly owners of both hotel and the bar.

Todo muy rústico para el precio que cobran. No hay buena atención de los que reciben ahí. No existe un lobby. No hay una oficina. La limpieza solo son 2 o 3 veces por semana cuando pagamos diario y debería ser diario. Muy rustica la habitación

I stayed at the apartment with sea view that had the plunge pool in the front. It was great. It was up from the main hotel, but I liked the exclusion. For those that complained that the pool wasn't private enough, you're in Zipolite... When I arrived, I messaged them via Whatsapp and someone came immediately and walked me up the hill to the property and gave me the key. All communication was through Whatsapp, which I didn't mind because it actually helped to eliminate some language barriers with some of the local staff. Sometimes there is automated responses via chatbot, but they were helpful as well. Prior to my stay, I even messaged them to ask about transportation from the airport to there, and they gave me the name and number of a taxi service. That worked out great. When the plane arrived, they were waiting for me. I figured that was easier than communicating with a taxi driver outside the airport and taking any chances. Bonus was that there was a small cooler in the room and someone left a bag of ice in the freezer, so I put ice in the cooler and stopped at the store for drinks on the way to the beach each day. It worked out great. On the weekends, the beach area can be a little noisy, so this is just a 5 minute walk away, but it's far enough to keep you away from the noise.

Honestly there wasn't much I didn't like about this place. There's obviously no breakfast or bar other than the Mezcal place, which I never even made it to, but it's a great, secluded getaway. Maybe the doors could be sealed a little better at the bottom so less critters get in, but it's Mexico. And this place has A/C and its still sealed up way better than most of the places around. My biggest complaint is probably the lack of a safe in the room. It would be nice to have a place to lock up your passport and stuff.

El hotel es precioso, se ve que es nuevo con estilo y materiales de calidad. Las zonas comunes eran muy bonitas y los apartamentos preciosos. Perfecto para pasar unos días en un espacio increíble.

No vinieron a limpiar la habitación, ni me cambiaron las sabanas ni toallas cuando lo había solicitado. No había un recibidor para la entre de llaves y tuve que esperar. Pero avisamos y en 30 min estuvieron disponibles.

El hotel se encuentra a tan solo unos pasos de una entrada a la playa, lo cual lo hace de muy fácil acceso. También te dejan en tu cuarto artículos como: sombrilla y sillas para la playa lo cual fue de mucha ayuda para llegar directo y pasar todo el día en la playa. Tuvimos un problema con el A/C del cuarto y Oliver el dueño se encargó de solucionarlo lo más rápido que pudo dándonos un excelente trato, lo agradecemos mucho. También en la parte de abajo del hotel te queda un café y una mezcaleria donde puedes tomar un trago o un café. La ubicación definitivamente es de nuestras cosas favoritas, todo te queda a pocos pasos.

Que no hicieran la limpieza tan seguido, en las 6 noches que estuvimos solo hicieron la limpieza una vez.

Las áreas comunes están demasiado descuidadas, el baño de la alberca no sirve pero aparte se ve muy sucio, material de limpieza y construcción en escaleras y áreas comunes. El personal solo está enfocado en ciertas tareas pero no hay alguien que te reciba o de informes relacionados a la reservación.

Aunque dice que hay wifi, no funcionó. Bajé a hablar con alguien y el tipo se encogió de hombros y dijo: “Eso pasa a veces. Envía un mensaje de texto." Envié un mensaje de texto y finalmente recibí una respuesta a la mañana siguiente, justo antes de irme.

The location is fantastic. I like that our room had air conditioning, a ceiling fan, fridge, microwave and bottled water. The bed comfort was passable. Our sheets and towels were reliably changed every 2 days.

We waited 30 minutes upon arrival for someone to bring our keys even though we'd communicated our arrival time in advance. The room was extremely dark owing to the single small window. Then, there was one of the few lights that was burned out and was never fixed during our stay. The drapes are filthy. The bathroom floor isn't level and doesn't drain adequately so the floor everywhere becomes wet. Sand is tracked throughout the room which could be avoided if the front door had a mat to wipe your feet on. The shower claims to be "hot" (there are hot and cold water pipes) but it was never hot the whole time we were there. The internet cuts out frequently.

The View was nice but in general the most worst accommodation. Never again!! Please support the Mexicans and not the European owner of this place!

No continuous electricity, internet or water. Something was always missing. Something new every day. Completely overpriced for over $130 a night. Nobody in the hotel itself felt responsible. You get a European WhatsApp number. An Oliver. He manages the hotel from afar. There was no discount or anything, regardless of whether water (or very dirty water like in the picture) , internet or electricity was missing. I stayed in much better accommodation in Zipolite afterwards and for sure much cheaper and better standard!! Better support the Mexicans!!! Definitely not again!!!

The bar downstairs is really nice and the area downstairs is quite clean. The pool looks nice although I never saw anybody use it. Hot water was abundant and quick. The bed was large and comfortable. We were able to check out at 12:30 at no additional cost, which we greatly appreciated. Air-condition worked great. The outside area with pool is really pretty!

We couldn’t sleep because of the loud music from the neighboring bar/restaurant. Even with earlplugs, because the windows were so thin and some of them wouldn’t even close entirely and hence no way to keep the noise out. In this accommodation, we felt like they’re trying to save money wherever they can. WiFi was really, really slow, I couldn’t even send a WhatsApp message. They blame it on there generally not being a good network in the area, but WiFi worked just fine everywhere else in Zipolite though :/ The towels were dirty, the kitchenware was dirty. The kitchen facilities were so minimal, barely enough to be able to cook. Heat up some sauce and pasta, yes. Have a bowl of yogurt, yes. Nothing more. There was hardly seating area to have meals. The kitchen sink also functions as the bathroom sink, that’s just not hygienic. The entire apartment is very industrial/minimal but at times it felt just unfinished (nails sticking from the ceiling, really badly isolated, dirty floor, wonder if they ever clean it or only sweep?). All in all we were disappointed and would definitely not return nor recommend this place to anyone.

Meerdere keren gedurende mijn 3 dagen durende verblijf geen water om te douchen en om wc door te spoelen. Geen personeell aanwezig.

Close to the beach. Nice boutique and bar in front of rooms. Comfortable bed, however the sheets were scratchy and there was no blanket. With the AC on I needed a light blanket.

Key didn’t work in lock. WiFi didn’t work inside room. Steps up to room were extremely steep and difficult to climb for a short person. And I had to carry my heavy suitcase up and down by myself. Pictures on website are much nicer than actual room and property.

Decent apartment for the price, good hot water, close proximity to the beach

Roof/window leaked in very heavy rain, but only in the bathroom area, bedroom area stayed dry thankfully. Quite a few ants in the room, but they supply bug spray. Chairs on the deck very cheap and looked moldy, so we never used the deck as terrible view. I had to defrost the fridge on arrival as you could not even remove the ice cube tray. Shower head was clogged, I had a needle and cleaned all holes which solved the issue. In this humid climate, when people check out, maids should defrost fridge. Also one light bulb missing over closet area.

The WiFi was awful and there wasn’t really anywhere to work from comfortably.

The location, the bed, the kitchen, good spaces, the view, the pool, everything good.

We had a great time in Soiree since we arrived, the people that worked at the hotel was really nice. We where able to meet 2 bartenders y think I remember Alex and the Canadian girl. We did the mezcal tasting with the Canadian girl and she was great. Definitely will come back :)

Very friendly staff, very close to the beach and shopping, the pool is beautiful

There were dogs barking all night long and a rooster that wakes up at 3am. I got very little sleep and was very tired for the day. The pool had a milky quality - I overheard someone saying it wasn't treated with chemicals. I don't know if that's true or not but with 45 degree days and dozens of sweaty people in it I would like chemicals. The kitchen was only a mini fridge, coffee pot but no coffee, and a few utensils. The air conditioner did not come close to keeping up to the heat. Over all it was fine - clean, safe, friendly. But definitely not worth the high price tag.

This place is beautiful and after seeing some of the other places I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff are pleasant and friends. The apartments are modern and clean.

like many places in Mexico, the room smelled overpoweringly of sewage when we checked in. we solved the problem by covering the shower with a wet towel which worked perfect. No front desk or designated staff if you had any needs. no beach towels provided and not allowed to bring towels to beach
