I honestly didn’t want to leave this hotel, it is a home away from home where the staff make you feel so welcome. The surrounding area is beautiful, peaceful, and the hotel facilities are excellent with pool and jacuzzi.

It isn’t made clear that the restaurant/ bar are not on the same property as the hotel but this isn’t really an issue as they are extremely close. You can also take one of the regular buses into Santa Rosa or a very cheap taxi.

The staff was friendly, the ground and scenery were beautiful, it had a really nice jacuzzi.

The property was SO beautiful that we felt like having a honey moon here: dreamy covered patio overlooking swimming pool and coffee field, tasteful decor and attentive staff. The food of the restaurant was of fine dining quality. We also took the coffee tour which was much better than the ones in Cuba or other farms that we had been to.

The restaurant was located 500m away from the hotel in an complex with a bakery and a bar. it was a beautiful property but just not directly connected to the. hotel itself.

I like everything about this property … the beautiful outdoor terraza where we had delicious breakfast… the pool , the jacuzzi, the lobby…the coffee…the wonderful service and caring for us!!!

it is nice, however, if you’re looking in the town it take 10 min approximately to reach the hotel.

The hotel is quiet, the landscaping is beautiful and the views from the terrace are amazing. Everyone is kind and helpful. And I like the dog.

The road that the hotel is on is in poor condition. However, for secondary roads in Colombia, that is not unusual.

Generally we had a very nice time. The location is beautiful and the staff are friendly. The Jacuzzi was very nice, the pool was nice but its not heated unfortunately. The coffee tour was excellent, I would recommend it, you get to see the whole farm and learn a lot about how coffee is produced. We paid 50.000 pesos, about $14/15 each.

The breakfast could have been a bit better. I think it would be nice to add a little more variety. We had eggs everyday with fruit and arepa which was nice. But it would have to see a menu with some other choices. If the weather is hot, over 27/28 degrees I think the pool would be great, but if its not that hot the pool will feel a bit cold.

The location of this small Finca is stunning. It feels cozy and the terrace with some nice couches and the adjacent swimming pool are inviting. It is a pretty relaxed and quite place. And you can mingle easily with the few other guests. We liked it so we booked a second night. It would also give us the opportunity to join a nice and very well guided coffee tour at the Finca itself. We were only with our family and the guide. Cool. The tour is not included, it is quite expensive but worth it. It is not really a hotel, as the staff mostly is in the other building. In the central space and near the pool you will hardly see staff. It's not a big deal, but if feels more like a larger b&b. If you need anything you'll need to cross the yard. The owner and her staff serve simple dinners. The laundry service is excellent and very affordable. Good and safe parking.

- Rooms for a family with 2 kids were a bit small. The shower was good, but the water flushed slowly so you would have it rise to your ankles. - It can be a bit noisy. All rooms are facing a central space. Thin walls. - Wifi was very bad a times. In the rooms almost non existing. The router was placed at the wrong side of the building. Should have been in the central space. The owner, a sweet and friendly lady, said she would check it.
