The location was fantastic.

There wasn't anything to fault.

Location was ok.

The shower was quite bad. Showerhead was broken and didn't attach well to the wall. The host sent us the wrong code. They also didn't answer the phone when we rang to get the right one. Luckily we were able to figure out what was wrong with code we got. If we wouldn't have we would have been locked out. The host also called me late when I had fallen asleep. They asked some weird questions and didn't explain what was going on. (This was not about getting in to appartement since I had already chatted to them about it earlier)

The accommodation was in a nice part of the city, close to the main attractions. It was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and good sized wardrobe. The pool/hot-tub is only small, but nice to have after a hot day exploring Seville! The host also got back to us very quickly when we needed to get in contact about anything.

The kitchen is pretty small and not really usable for more than making a simple breakfast or similar. Given there was a kitchen, there wasn't a proper table and chairs to eat at, other than the coffee table. The bracket holding the showerhead was broken so you had to hold the showerhead when showering to prevent it spraying the room. Our bedroom had no natural light, which meant it was difficult to wake up early.

Excellent place, stayed there twice in a week. Will happily repeat, very friendly and responsive host. Appartment was very clean, good and comfortable bed and all the amenities you could wish (and a better hair dryer than in a lot of 4/5* hotels)

Apartments were perfectly located. Close to the centre (a few minutes stroll to the Cathedral), but on a side street away from the hectic tourist drag. Alfonso (our host) could NOT have been more helpful. He sent door access codes (our flight arrived late) so we could get in easily. He gave us great restaurant recommendations and permitted a late check out, which transformed our holiday. Can't thank him enough. The apartment was perfectly clean. The bed was super-comfy. Really appreciated the fridge and the (silent!) aircon as it was a heatwave! Would stay again, absolutely.

The narrow street is oddly noisy (sound gets amplified by the walls) - but the balcony doors cut out 99% of the sound, so it wasn't a problem at night when we had the aircon on.

Super conveniently located in the heart of Sevilla, close to the cathedral and Triana bridge. Nice apartment and lovely terrace with a small swimming pool, ideal to walk around the city and enjoy the sun. Very kind and helpful staff.

The flat is in the city center, very nice and clean. Wide and spacious with a nice terrazza with small swimming pool. Great be immediately in the heart of the city

no lamps on the nightstands, so difficult to read in bed, dont like ugly bright overhead lights The bathroom shower was completely inadequate, water went all over the floor when I took a shower, this is not built this way for handicapped people, it seems to have been an “illegal build” , or a cheap modification that failed to deliver. The cheap showerhead was leaking and half broken, the curtain rod was crooked and rusty, there was an inadequate fan, but the worst was spending time after a shower mopping up the floor! It wasnt pleasant.

The owner was very helpful and the location is fantastic if you are planning to visit points of interest. Supermarket close by and a lift in the building.

It’s a little on the small side for a family of 4 but very manageable for a short stay

Excellent location! also loved the keyless entree.

Bedroom was down a flight of stairs, bathroom on the upstairs level. only windows in bedroom were to the interior stairway of the building. Mattress needs to be replaced, bed was extremely uncomfortable! Rooftop “pool” was a hot tub with heat turned off and water that was not appealing.

The location was very nice.

The room we booked had cold water. I couldn't take a shower and we complained about the issue. The worker kept texting us to meet us for documentation. We were on vacation and don't want to spend time doing things or meeting people for our stay other than the initial check in. They decided they would give us another room, so we had to spend time packing up all of our stuff and moving rooms. I paid a lot of money for this room and for the water to be cold and not compensation was completely messed up. Having to waste time to go to another room also took time away from my vacation.n

Alfonso was very accommodating when we had issues with our first room, our upgrade was beautiful.

I was disappointed that the pool was closed, I didn't remember reading that information when I booked.

Super location. Beautiful old building with marvellous features, tiles, beams, double glazing, intact ancient windows.
