La posizione e pulizia

Rumorosissimo !!! Porte sbattute mattina presto e parlare sul corridori come se fosse un mercato poi nn ne parliamo del martello pneumatico e lavori in corso sempre mattino presto . Uno va in vacanza e nn può ne dormire ne rilassarsi , non mi sembra ne giusto e ne normale !!! O speso i soldi in vano nervi alle stelle , certamente dimenticherò questo albergo . Lo staff invece molto cordiale e bravi !

Buena ubicación, pero la atención del personal es pésima y la limpieza de las piezas terrible al llegar encontramos sucia la pieza y las toallas no las cambian todos los días

Sucio y mala la atención

Das Hotel war sehr zentral gelegen. Öffentliche Verkahrsanbindunfen war optimal.

Bad sollte man anders gestalten wie; Falttüre für Badewanne nötig wegen abtropfen des Duschwasser. Deswegen gibt es Feucht-Geruch im Zimmer. WC Sitz ist viel zu hoch.

The hotel was not central very old, and rooms were small

Good location, lovely staff, good breakfast, great wifi , good aircon

The shower leaked quite a bit which flooded the bathroom floor

The location is great, very clean, and the staff were friendly especially Ali very helpful.

The only complaint would be the water temperature in the shower fluctuations from cold to hot on its own.

Nothing it was dirty

Zero level of service and it was not even clean. Even after you ask for something the staff would straight away refuse to do anything. We asked for cloth iron continuously for two days but no one gave. Also even the small things like

Property was well located in centre of Ancient Rome and staff were friendly.

Decor was a bit tired and hotel older.
