Great space for family vacation. We had eight adults with plenty of space to share and also have privacy. The location is awesome. It is directly across from the beach. A short walk across the street. The condo was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. We made dinners and lunches during the week. There are also restaurants close by. We would definitely say here again.

This was the perfect condo for our large family vacation. It’s located in a great area with plenty of options for shopping, dinner, and plenty of relaxing on the beach! We loved the private beach that wasn’t crowded!

This was our spring break family trip along with celebrating my youngest 1st birthday. It is the first time we have attempted a vacation with not only my family of 6, but my sister's family of 4 and 2 sets of grandparents! And we had PLENTY of room! The accommodations were perfect and kid friendly. Everyone had a great time! On good weather days we would go to the beach and then on way back enjoy the pool! In the evenings we played cards or walked beaxh at night looking for crabs. This was a perfect week and a perfect location! All of my party had a great time and we will definitely be coming back!!!

The check-in process and communication with the owner were all very smooth. The owner personally came to the unit to provide additional needed resources for our large group of 13 (sheets, towels, etc.) on our first evening at the unit. The unit itself suited our group well. While it could use a few updates (replace light switch plates and a whistling noise in the vents), the property was clean and nice. It was nice to have 4 bathrooms especially. The location is phenomenal as the pool is only a few steps out the front door and the beach is a very short walk across the street. There is a grill on the back porch which we utilized as well. The kitchen was well-equipped as we almost every meal at the unit. Thanks for a great week!

House was perfect! We had four separate families meeting up for a week at the beach and this house was exactly what we needed. Despite the 11 people the house never felt crowded. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs and despite the heat, the A/C has no issues keeping up. The other pleasant surprise was the hot water supply. We were able to get all of us through post water showers without having to space it out or ration hot water. Property owners responded promptly to our questions both before and after our arrival. Would definitely visit again!

Wonderful place for our getaway. The house was spacious and it had everything we needed. Beach acess just across the street. The place seems to be sound proof because we did not hear the neighbors. We had 4 cars and didnt have any issues with finding parking spots.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this location! It was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. There was plenty of room for 8 adults (4 couples) and 2 young children with many more spaces available is needed. Each of the four bedrooms is well separated with a bathroom connected for privacy. Beds were all comfy. We could feel a breeze from the ocean while sitting on each of the balconies because of the location of this particular location and the walk to the beach is a straight shot and very short. We also liked that it has a back porch to put beach items on which helps keep the sand out of the house. It also has a water spicket with a hose on the side wall which came in handy. We will definitely be staying here again in the future! Lynn was very friendly and always a text or call away and replied to any questions we had rapidly. It was a very pleasant experience from the time we booked and throughout our visit.

The beach house was as described on the listing. 20 feet walk to the pool, the beach is just down the street. We had 2 babies and it was an easy travel. The only complaints we have are: the house had black hair everywhere, and 2/4 beds were uncomfy and you roll to the middle (the queen bed frame is extremely loud as well) But overall it was a great beach house with everything we needed. I would recommend this place to friends and family!

We stayed here with our family and friends. The house was the perfect size for our group of 8. Easy access to the beach and the beachfront was never too crowded. We did not use the pool because it was always crowded. The property is quiet on the inside which is surprising with as much activity that went on in the parking area and pool. The rooms and kitchen are clean and had most of what we needed. Loved staying here and would love to do it again!

This property was exactly as listed! Steps from the pool as well as a short walk to the beach. The “extra” auxiliary parking is directly beside this unit and it was also an easy walk to the community dumpsters (which are out of sight and out of mind until you need them). Another notable feature of the community is that there are motion sensor lights in the dumpster corral, so you are not walking blindly at night as you throw out your trash. The property has everything you could possibly need. This is a perfect place for multiple families. We had 8 adults and 3 children and we were never crowed. 4 bedrooms all with a private bath as well as built in bunks gave everyone in our party their own space. Lynn was wonderful to work with and quickly responded to any questions we had (even when she was at a party with her family). Hopefully we can visit again!

The beach gear could use an overhaul but we had our own. The area is more crowded than we like but overall the sand, sea, and this property were excellent!

The property sit right upfront with a very short walk to the beach and really close to the pool. Rooms are very spacious, large showers/tubs and comfortable beds. I would recommend this place to anyone with multiple families! The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessities.

We were looking for a rental property at this location, and this Miramar Beach home was perfect! We had great communication with Lynn, the owner. Everything was as described. We found a storage chest on the back porch with beach chairs and boogey boards, which was super convenient. It's and easy walk to many beachfront bars for lunch, and the Oyster House was really good! Thanks to Lynn for a really great getaway.

We had a wonderful stay during what was our fall break week off school. The two master bedrooms were most convenient and there was plenty of space for all the kids. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. She provided check-in info and door codes herself and checked in with us during our stay. The house is well-stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen. Added touches (that are not seen in other rentals) were extra light bulbs, hand soap in the bathrooms, etc. Everything was in working order such as remotes for TVs and all small appliances and gadgets in the kitchen. Grill area was very nice and we used it several times. There are nice beach chairs and beach toys available also! It's a very short walk to the beach (we had zero trouble hauling all our stuff and small kids) and also walking distance to get coffee in the a.m. We will certainly book again! Highly recommend!

The location of this property was excellent; it's literally 60 seconds from the private beach walkway, 10 seconds from the pool (which unfortunately was closed for repairs during our entire stay so can't comment on that) and convenient to other shops and restaurants in the area.
The house itself was great. Our party had 4 adults and 6 kids and having the four bedrooms with bunk in the hall was perfect. Everything was very clean and in working order.
Communication with Lynn was great, she and my wife texted multiple times during the trip with quick responses every time.
We would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect amount of space for multiple families, short walk to a private beach, and Lynn was amazing he answered all of my questions and checked in thru out the week to make sure everything was going great! The name says it all. Paradise found was perfect for our family vacation of 11 people. Lynn is the best when it comes to communication. The Villa has every amenity that you will need and the kitchen is well stocked if you choose to stay in and cook. Very clean with a balcony for every bedroom. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Property was nice and very close to the pool and beach. Great for family with plenty of room. Owner was great and cooperative and easy to contact. Only issue was that the condo had sand and trash on the floors. But overall we would stay here again.

The property was exactly as listed. Very clean and well supplied with everything we needed for the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and beach. Loved how it was spread out on three levels so each family had their own floor. The location of the Villa can't be beat with the pool basically right out the front door, a very short walk to the beach, and restaurants and shopping within walking distance too. Lynn was amazing to work with answering any questions we had prior to our trip and providing all the information we needed for our stay. We had an amazing family vacation and would definitely stay here again!
