Vale Verde 5 Bedroom Villa, 10 min walk to Carvoeiro Center.
Vale Verde disfruta de una comodidad sin igual, situado cerca del centro de la ciudad con las tiendas, restaurantes y la playa de Carvoeiro, a pocos minutos a pie. En el camino que pasa por el mercado municipal, Vale Verde tiene hermosas vistas al mar y domina un valle natural que baja hacia el pueblo. Esta espaciosa villa ha sido recientemente renovada en parte, conservando un ambiente tradicional. Hay un mini supermercado a 100 metros, abierto todos los días. En general, esta tranquila villa está idealmente ubicada para familias que están tan cerca del pueblo, a poca distancia a pie y es ideal para grupos más grandes que no desean depender de un automóvil.
En el nivel de entrada hay una cómoda sala de estar y comedor con vistas al mar y una cocina bien equipada y totalmente equipada. Hay una habitación doble con un baño nuevo y puertas que dan a una terraza orientada al norte. Hay otras dos habitaciones dobles, una de las cuales tiene puertas que dan a un balcón privado orientado al sur con vistas al mar y dos baños más. Las escaleras conducen a un gran salón independiente con cocina abierta totalmente equipada, más dormitorio doble y baño. Hay otra habitación doble con un nuevo baño con ducha que tiene acceso externo, por lo que no es adecuado para que los niños pequeños ocupen solos. Esta espaciosa casa duerme cómodamente diez personas.
Externamente hay una gran piscina y terraza con mucha sombra natural y mucho espacio para tumbonas. Hay una zona de barbacoa con fregadero, mesa de billar, mesa de ping-pong y varias zonas para comer al aire libre. También hay un gran jardín aislado y seguro con más áreas para sentarse y comer, que podrían cerrarse para la seguridad de los niños pequeños.

También hay un gran jardín aislado y seguro con más áreas para sentarse y comer, que podrían cerrarse para la seguridad de los niños pequeños.

Thank you Katherine we loved our stay here! The house was huge, there was plenty of space for us all. The pool and bbq area was amazing. The house is in a great location, a 5 minute walk to lots of lovely restaurants and beaches. We loved the area and felt safe. We had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Only thing was two of the back doors would not lock during our stay, and were not fixed which did put us a bit on edge when leaving the property. The Wifi also didn’t work but this didn’t bother us as we had 5g. Overall very pleasant stay and would love to return !!

It was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed.Even the children appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of this home away from home. It was perfect for our family of five adults and four children We stayed for nine days and hated to leave. During our stay, we spent hours in the pristine pool and at the beach, which was only a 10 minute walk from the villa.We played outdoor table tennis and billiards. We used every amenity to the fullest. There were markets, grocery stores and great restaurants nearby. The owner was extremely helpful in every way. We would definitely return to Vale Verde and would recommend it to any familygroup of friends looking for a peaceful, comfortable and luxurious place to stay in Carvoeiro, Algarve.

The Villa is well situated, spacious, extremely comfortable with a wonderful view over the green valley to the sea and has everything you need for a wonderful holiday with family and friends. Little extras like pool heating (extra charge) meant we could use the pool in the evenings too, so was well worth it for us, and the little shop across the road made this just perfect!! The house was perfect from start to finish. It reminded me a little of the houses we've stayed in in Florida - very well appointed and maintained. The pool was great, although it may not suit a family with young children as there isn't really a shallow end. It was just the job for us though. There was a good eating area in the BBQ section. Conveniently located ten minutes' walk outside of town (plenty of restaurants) and a couple of minutes from a good mini-supermarket and a local restaurant. Definitely recommended.

All previous listings are fair. The property has everything a family needs and if missing something the property agency can assist. Arrive expecting an empty larder and only soap and suitable toilet roll for 2 days. Supermarkets are a 5 mins drive away. Cleaning staff dropped in once and pool was regularly checked and cleaned. TV has access to Intersat, helpful.

We stayed in this villa in 2009 and it was great then and now it is even better, beautiful views, fantastic have a mini market just over the road. Air con and WiFi worked really good. No complaints other than the maid never came in the week but that was okay as everything else was great

The villa was exactly as described and the facilities excellent. The location was perfect with the beach, town and eateries in easy walking distance. The spotless pool was heated as requested and warm enough to swim in. The only problem we experienced head a loss of electricity but this was handled extremely well by the property manager who sorted the problem out quickly and efficiently. We were very happy with the villa and would definitely stay there again.

The whole process of booking was easy from start to finish. The owner has obviously carried out some updates to the villa which will only improve the stay as time goes by. Some work is required around the pool area and ants do become a problem internally in the kitchen area however clean you try to keep the area. Over all a wonderful holiday with the family in an ideal location.

Bis auf den Billardtisch (sehr alt), die Sportgeräte (Queues, Tischtennis…) war alles erstklassig und super. Die Einrichtung, die Größe/Aufteilung, die Betten usw. war alles vom Feinsten.

This was a spacious, well laid out villa on a large plot providing a good level of privacy. It worked extremely for a group of golfers as it would for two families. The villa is in a peaceful location yet only a few minutes walk from the centre of town.

This is a lovely villa, spacious inside and an ideal outside area, with large pool, BBQ and kitchen and table tennis and pool tables.
Close to Carveiro centre and within easy walking distance of numerous shops, bars and restaurants.
We had a great time and would recommend the villa.

Just returned from a great family holiday in carvoerio. This is our 3rd time in carvoeiro, great for families. We stayed here as a large family group, the property was exactly as detailed. The location is great, short walk into centre of town, even managed by small children. Every detail and amenity has been thought of within the property suitable for all family members, with plenty of space for everyone. The pool area was brilliant, clean, safe, spacious and provided hours of fun. The process from booking, to requesting travel cot etc was seamless. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Excellent overall

Great value villa for family get together
Plenty of space for our party of 7 adults and 1 child. Very well equipped kitchens. Wonderful pool area with plenty of shade. Great fun using the pool and table tennis tables. Good BBQ area. Lots of steps in pool area. Great views. Studio bedroom is quite remote from the main house which could be viewed as either positive or negative. Very convenient, well stocked local mini market. 10 minute walk to beach, nearer restaurants available. Very steep hill to climb back to the villa. Some of the bathrooms were quite old albeit functional although 2 were recently renovated. Kate from Elite Villas was very quick to respond to any problems or queries.
