We had a wonderful stay. The owner made the check in, stay and check out very easy. The place was clean and comfy. It had everything you need in that kitchen as well. Grounds are beautiful and the water park and pool were fun for the kids. We had a great stay.

We are returning guests and we love coming to this home it’s in a great location it’s clean and very close to the clubhouse. Owner is great at communicating. Looking forward to another visit in the future.

Our group of 6 consisted of my wife & I, our daughter and 3 grandchildren. The resort has many amenities and is in a good location close to Disney, shopping & restaurants. The condo is as pictured and very well stocked with dishes, utensils and many other items. Parking is convenient and the pool/waterpark is right outside the door. The host was great to work with and we had a very enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was ok. It was clean which is most important, however the living room area was too small for a family of 6. The couch was not comfortable and like a futon. The pillows were also flat like a pancake, so if you need neck support bring your own pillows. The unit had everything we could have needed. It was close to Magic Kingdom. The pool area was ok. It was very crowded at times and the life guards on duty did not pay attention to kids in the splash area. I witnessed kids get hurt because multiple kids were sliding at the same time and climbing up the slides. The kids bedroom was cute but very small. All in all our visit was good. Just not super impressed with the property. It was ok for the price. Next time we will stay on Disney property.

This condo is just as it is described. The location of the condo in the gated community is so convenient. You walk right out the sliding door to the water slides and pool. The welcome center, arcade and little convivence store are all within less then 5 minutes walking distance. The distance of this condo from Magic Kingdom was about 10 minutes. We were there for volleyball and it was about a 20-30 minute trip to the OCCC depending on traffic. Tatiana was very responsive with any questions we had. The TV went out the first day we were there and she had it switched out with a new one ASAP. I would highly recommend to friends and family and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

We liked how close the place was to Disney and relatively close to Sea World. Our kids loved the Disney themed rooms and cute decor. The pool and slides were a blast for us to use. Overall it was a great place.

Super close to Disney property, having kitchen access was awesome, and some strollers to use! Yay! Ground floor was an unexpected boon as the boys enjoyed playing in the 'backyard' with their new swords and shields from Sir Mickey's every morning 😆

We had a wonderful stay. Everything from checking in, to our stay, to our leave went smoothly. All communications with Tatiana were pleasant and she got back to me within a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place for a family visiting and going to Disney or just vacationing in the area.

We enjoyed our week at Disney! The kitchen was well stocked with all necessities to cook a few meals at home. We loved how easy it was to get to and from the Disney parks as well as other quick stops like target and gas stations. The pool music starts loud and clear at 8 am, so that’s something to note if you want to have a leisurely morning. The property is spacious and well kept. Thanks for a great spot!

This was our family’s first trip to Orlando and staying here was one of the best choices we made when planning our trip. The property is exactly as pictured, super clean, comfortable, and amazingly close to the Disney theme parks and great restaurants throughout Orlando. The owner of the property has 5-star customer service skills and was extremely helpful and responsive. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again in future trips to Orlando.

We had a fantastic time at this property. Great location on the compound, as well as proximate to Disney and major highways. Very close to shopping as well. We did not need to bring anything- the unit was well stocked and everything was well thought out. If we are heading back to Disney or the area, we will definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience, start to finish.
The condo is clean and well-equipped. Beds were comfy. Necessities were provided. Close to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Walmart, Target and tons of restaurants. The resort was well-maintained and had lots of activities. The gated entrance provided an extra level of security. The resort pool was AWESOME (and open late, so we enjoyed some late night swims are getting back from the parks), and we also enjoyed the arcade.
My child has food allergies, so our family is extra particular about cleanliness in order to keep our child safe. Considering that this condo likely has LOTS of kids that stay here, and that kids are MESSY, and that even the kids' dining table was spotless (along with the rest of the condo), I was very impressed.
Tatiana was highly responsive and wonderful to work with. A small appliance seemed to be malfunctioning when we arrived (things wear out, no biggie), and Tatiana had a replacement delivered the same day that I brought it to her attention.
One thing that I don't think is mentioned in the property description that is a plus - all rooms have room darkening shades. Don't be like us and travel across the country with blackout curtains just to find out you don't need them!
Overall, we highly recommend this property.

This condo is well equipped, very close to theme parks and secure. Owner is very responsive and picks up the calls when you call.
All 3 bedrooms are well furnished, kitchen is stuffed and plenty of TVs for everyone. Cleanliness was OK but not top notch. No noise from neighbors.
This complex has 24/7 security with strict controls at the entrance. We were pleased to see that because security can be a problem in Orlando.
It is 10-15 minutes drive to theme parks. You can also take ride share for $13-16 each way (which is a better way than driving and paying $30 parking)
Overall we recommend this place.

We fully enjoyed our family vacation to the Windsor. The host was accommodating and made sure we were well informed before our arrival. The condo we stayed in had comfortable beds and a kitchen that had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. The amenities of the property kept us busy during our entire stay. It was close enough to Universal Studios and many restaurants. We highly recommend this property and host.

We debated between the proximity to the pool/waterslides or having a plunge pool and I will say 100% I’m soooo happy we chose this condo with its proximity to the pool/clubhouse. Perfect for families!! The proximity to Disney is also so convenient as was Starbucks on the way to the parks. I highly recommend this condo. The owner was responsive and very helpful! Book it….you won’t regret it!

Always a great stay at this home I believe this is our 3rd stay. This is the best condo in the resort your steps away from the pool. There’s a Walmart less than 5min away and other stores close by. I will stay again in the future my sons love it and the condo it’s self is great very clean and everything you need. My kids loved all the toys and games provided inside the condo and around the resort. They also do daily resort activities which we loved! Thank you for another great stay look foward to our future bookings!

Absolutely loved this property! My family of 5 (with 3 kids under the age of 5) stayed here for a week long Disney vacation. First, Windsor Hills is located incredibly close to the Disney parks with every amentity you could need close by. Second, this is probably one of the best resorts we've stayed at. The resort pool and splash pad were fantastic. Great playgrounds as well.
Specifically, the condo unit was wonderful. Very clean and came with all our baby needs (pack n play, high chair, toys, etc). The unit was located right next to the pool area so we were able to come and go very quickly.
Loved our stay and will most certainly be back again!

For the most part it was good, dishwasher worked but needs door and rack fixed. For a house that size we put our garbage out every day but still needed to take stuff to bin.

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and more. It was extremely clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The proximity to the pool was great and made pool days so easy. It was also a short drive to the Disney Parks and the airport. There are many stores and food choices within just a few miles. We loved staying here and would definitely love to stay again!

Pool is right outside the back door so very convenient location to that. Clean, owner was very responsive and we had everything we needed to have a great stay. Highly recommend!
