Our second trip to this lovely spot, and it is as beautiful as ever. Right on the beach, perfect location, helpful and thoughtful host. Perfect trip, again! Will definitely return.

We had a great time. We got in from NJ early since it was a Saturday. Neil was great he was able to accommodate us early which was great. The home has great views of the Bay. Literally 20 steps & 20 stairs to water

We loved, loved, loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way! Cozy, comfortable, and so cute! With the beach at your doorstep and dog friendly, who could ask for more? The host was wonderful! He even checked in to make sure we had the correct address and accommodated our special needs without missing a beat!! So sweet! We would definitely return when we get back to the area. No need to search anywhere else. Thank you!!!!

We were looking for a wonderful spot for a very important family reunion near the water. The owner was truly courteous. Everything was as, if not more than what was stated in the listing. We had a great time, and look forward to another visit next year.

The house and location were great!

My family came to town for a wedding. Found this great property. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, incredible views with an amazing deck, right on the beach. Walked the beach, swam in the bay, had a blast. Neil was awesome. Very flexible to work with and very customer focused. We were grateful. When we head back here again, we will choose this home.

My family and my 5 month old stayed for a week and it was exactly the getaway we wanted. The house was very clean and what we expected from the photos. We loved the multiple decks leading into the beach/bay, we enjoyed many sunset views! The communication was excellent, they were accommodating about an early checkin and we didn’t have any issue with the house. Looking forward to visiting again! Big Plus it’s dog friendly!

Outstanding location on the sound. Super comfortable bed in the master Cozy kitchen and comfy sofas The camera in the living room was creepy, we had to unplug it Thermostats are ineffective and need replacement - it was wonkie and cold in the main room. Parking was enough for 2 cars only. It would be better in warm weather .

The home is cozy and clean with gorgeous views. Centrally located to town/restaurants, and the owner is very communicative. Couldn’t ask for more. We really enjoyed a relaxing weekend.

Great: house, views, location and host. Every amenity. Right on the bay with spectacular views, year round jacuzzi, clean, quiet.. Very nice neighborhood. Good restaurants, vineyards etc. close by. Highly recommended.

A perfect beach cottage. We woke up every morning and looked right out onto the gorgeous bay! The house was neat as a pin and Neil was super easy to communicate with. He made everything easy and was very welcoming. I'd love to come back in the summer to really enjoy the location! Thank you Neil.

We really enjoyed our stay and all the property had to offer. The views were breath taking, the beach right there for relaxing walks and the multiple outdoor decks gave us the opportunity to enjoy some quiet time, but also provided an environment to spend quality time with our family members. The property was well appointed. The location was private and yet in close proximity to amenities. Thank you, Neil, for your responsiveness and recommendations. Much appreciated. What a wonderful weekend stay! We had such a lovely time at this beautiful, well-maintained home. It had everything you could need. The house was decorated in a calm and soothing way. Kitchen had absolutely EVERYTHING you could need. The decks and gardens looked out over the bay with plenty of relaxing seating for our group. We walked the beach, had a lovely meal out and cooked as well. It has been some time since we have all been away and the stay, though short rejuvenated us all. Our host Neil could not have been any more helpful. THANK YOU Neil......hope to be back!

Really such a gem of a find! Gorgeous sunsets. And the place is totally turnkey for guests. Everything you could ever want or need. Near great restaurants. Will definitely be back if Neil will have me!

From beginning to end Neil’s house was everything we could have hope for. We were in town for a family wedding. Many family members rented houses and everyone agreed this place was the best! Beautiful home, beautiful decks, incredible view of the ocean. We simply could not have been happier. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. If we ever come back, we will rent this house. Well done Neil, well done!

Lovely views at this property. Pictured as is and clean. For paying as much as we did and paying a cleaning fee I thought it was odd that we had to unmake the beds and put all of the laundry downstairs and collect and put out the garbage. Just little things that are out of the way that I wouldn’t think the guests should need to do. Also there are so many plug in air fresheners where we got migraines. I would definitely suggest not having many fragrances in the home. The check-in instructions were not clear over the phone. A written out message with pictures would be very helpful. Overall I’d definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent and relaxing weekend in Hampton's Bay. The property was perfect for our needs and having direct access to the beach was very convenient, especially for our dog. The house provided everything we needed in terms of cooking, bathing and sleeping, and the hot tub was an added benefit. Would definitely return with a larger group in the future!

Wonderful long weekend in the winter. The owner was very accessible, helpful and flexible. The place was wonderful: beautiful view, well stocked with supplies, clean, comfortable and, though humorously repetitive on reminding us to not put the wrong things into the septic tank, we smiled as we imagined how this must be informed by people getting such an easy ask wrong in the past. Renters need to respect the properties and we absolutely did. Hot tub was a perfect place to escape the cold and to enjoy the beautiful view. The multilayered back yard is really well done and we can only imagine how nice that would be in the summer. Wonderful property. We are very thankful for such a great visit. We would happily return.
