Beautiful home that exceeded our expectations. Great location with easy access to the lake. House in very well stocked, with plenty of room. Our only complaint was there were not enough bath towels and the main kitchen fridge was not cooling properly. Luckily, this house had a second kitchen where we could use the fridge. Also wished there were towels to use for the lake. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again!!

It is a very good neighborhood, and good place to stay. The house is spacious, and kids enjoyed the game. It would be ideal to visit this place during Summer and Fall.

We had a group of 8 adults over for the wine & jazz festival. The house was more than roomy enough for all of us. We loved having morning coffee and evening wine on the gorgeous deck. The area close enough to Manson & Chelan to feel like you’re able to go to dinner or wine tasting but far enough away to feel quiet and restful.

When we first got to the house it was the evening and there is nothing on the road that clarifies the house address, that was difficult.
The house was clean but not extremely clean. For the amount I paid for the cleaning fee I expect there not to be hair on the beds and the floor, hot sauce packets under the bed and cobwebs above the door.
There was nothing in the listing that said the fireplaces were going to be inaccessible, so that was a major disappointment as it is winter and a fire would have been nice.
There was also nothing in the listing that said the upstairs loft was going in be inaccessible. That was also a rather large disappointment.
There were games in the cupboard and extra ping pong paddles and balls however most of the balls were destroyed and the paddles are falling apart. As for the games in the cupboard they are all falling apart, missing pieces and rather dirty feeling.
The house worked for our large group and the majority of the house was nicely updated and comfortable. I would say cleanliness needs to be a bigger priority and more accuracy in the listing.

Fantastic large home for family
Great property for family - lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and leisure space for gatherings. LOVE the large deck with great view of lake. Quiet dead end street, nights were serene. Very clean. Our only complaint was the broken faucet in the kitchen and having to plug in the garbage disposal to use it- not the safest. having two kitchens proved to be another great assett to store extra food and coffee making for early risers. Next time we vaca in Chelan, will definitely stay here again!

Great home with fantastic views of the lake
This is a beautiful home. The property and surrounding is great. There was plenty of space and recommend this home. The only complaint is that there is some outside construction and they had caution tape around where we had to get the key for entry. However this is short term and we were able to climb over the blocked off area to gain entry to the home. Overall, would definitely recommend.

It was a lovely short vacation with family and friends. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't miss anything during the stay. The house has a nice ping pong table and a pac-man video game that kids really enjoyed. House also has a nice view of the lake.

The property is at a great location. The house is big and provides great views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The house is aesthically pleasing and can easily house 10-12 people. It was super clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The entire booking process was very smooth. We specially loved the TT table and the game room. Would highly recommend this rental.

Thankful for this getaway
We were two families coming together for the holiday week after quarantining beforehand. Nicki from Windermere was very helpful and actually went to the house to check to see if there were some kitchen appliances we needed for our Thanksgiving preparations. The handheld beater could be replaced as it was not very powerful, and the house could use some larger serving platters, but overall the kitchen was well equipped.
The cleaners took extra care before we arrived and disinfected everything including the remote and all high touch areas. The house was a perfect setup for our group. The 4 kids (ages 5-7) played downstairs and the adults got to have actual quiet time together (imagine that!) and then at night, the adults got to play downstairs. Ping pong and the pac man game were super fun. The house is a bit echoey on the main floor, but a runner in the hallway could help with that. The 2nd kitchen was amazing to have and made everything able to be ready at the same time. It was the least stressful Thanksgiving prep ever. We did use the upper kitchen for mostly everything else, but the 2nd fridge was well used the whole time.The view and location are incredible. I have been back home now for a few days and keep thinking about the incredible view. Sitting outside in the sun was so very wonderful and the outdoor fireplace is great. The only thing the house could have to make it even better would be hot tub...which basically means the house is nearly perfect. I would definitely go to this house again. Its right across the street from a park/beach with a swimming area and the neighborhood is beautiful to walk around. A local farmer even gave us some apples.

Great house, Horrible Property Management Company
We stayed at Willow Point to celebrate my sister's engagement. The house was amazing and our party kept saying that we will definitely be back in the future! However, after our stay the property management company, Windermere Vacation Rentals Lake Chelan, charged my credit card a completely different, much higher price without notifying me. They claimed that when booking through VRBO, the housekeeping fee was incorrect and charged me after the fact without notifying me of the cost discrepancy. I wish that Julie with the property management company would've reached out to me prior explaining the miscommunication between them and VRBO and gave me the option to move forward with the reservation. We would've been accommodation and understanding of error and still moved forward if we were given the option before our stay. She also sent a picture claiming that my party drew on the walls with crayon, however in the rental agreement I listed each members name and their age of 21+.... I would use extreme caution when booking this property as they try to scam any way that they can. In summary, the house itself was fantastic, but dealing with the property manager was an absolute nightmare.

And the couch is so comfy I questioned if I’ve ever owned a couch as decent in my life. We are already talking about when we plan to return. I 100% recommend.

Great location and amenities. We had a wonderful time with our kids and friends whether across the street at the lake front park or downstairs playing ping pong. We put those two ovens to work for a big Italian night dinner. Could see this trip as an annual thing and would definitely book here again! Thanks!

Wonderful stay!
Grateful for a big and cozy home to share with my friends and families. The home was big and had room for all of us. It was open concept and we all enjoyed each others company with that beautiful view and awesome deck! Beds were cozy and home felt high end. Only thing was that there were nats or fruit flies. Like a ton of it, but we didn't let that kill our vibe. Too much to enjoy in Manson and the house didn't disappointed us at all. Oh fyi, we brought seadoos and it wasn't easy to share it with our group because the Willow Point park wouldn't allow water crafts to come to close to shore. But we still created fun memories on our Labor Day trip and everyone had a great time.

Will be back
We stayed at this property with our two adult children, teenager, pre-teen, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren - nine of us total. The house is modern, gorgeous, clean, and spacious - not once did we feel crowded! The kitchen and living area are open and provide plenty of space for cooking and hanging out with access to the deck, which has a grill, fireplace, outdoor dining and lounge area, and a spectacular view of the lake. The downstairs level has a full kitchen, laundry room, two bathrooms, and an area with a ping pong table and pac-man arcade game. The property sits just above a nice park with a swimming area just outside of downtown Manson. It provides privacy and ample off-street parking. The home is furnished with high-end appliances and furniture and is supplied with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The only thing that would have made it better is a private pool, but with the swimming area less than a three minute walk away, you don't need one. Everyone from age 3 to 50 enjoyed the stay. We plan to come back!

Great location and comfortable house
The house is very comfortable and beautiful. It is situated on the hill and is in walking distance to the beach. The deck was our favorite place to spend evenings. It overlooks the lake and you can see the stars and the Milky way form it.
One thing that could be improved - the listing says there are two bedrooms with king beds and in fact there was only one. This was important for us when we booked the house. Also it would be nice to put salt and olive oil in the kitchen drawers as its impossible to bring everything with you when on vacation.
Overall we really loved the house and would stay again.

willow point highlights
Excellent property, beautifully situated, nicely taken care of -- with bonus of a cool vegetable garden. Only two minor problems: there were no pantry items at all, not even salt and pepper, which you usually expect. And the television lacked even basic cable, so you couldn't get sports like ESPN or Root Sports for the Mariner game. Otherwise, fabulous!

Great location. Quiet and a very easy, quick walk to the public park w/beach access
Wonderful two level home that was spacious for the entire family. Great for all ages! Main floor master suite was excellent for our parents who are in their 70's and downstairs was fun for the young adults in our family. Ping pong table fun too and a small grassy area for lawn games. Wonderful outdoor space for early morning coffee and afternoon "happy hour". A larger dining room table would have been nice to fit the whole family but we made it work with the island seating and outdoor table. Would definitely stay again!

Chelan Winterfest Weekend Retreat
The view from this home is absolutely beautiful. Watching the snow falling across the lake and winter mountains was great.
The listing did say there was a ping-pong table, but we didn't find one. The master Suite up stairs stated there was a TV, but there wasn't one.
We thought this home would be fun in the summer with the upper deck fireplace and table for entertaining. We spent most of our together time upstairs, but table seating was limited.
It snowed 5-6 inches on Friday night. One attendee had an emergency at home and had to leave around 10:00am on Saturday. The long steep driveway had not been plowed and she was not able to back out without sliding into the bank. We contacted Windermere and a nearby friend, They both came within 15 minutes and had the driveway plowed quickly so she was able to get down the hill. We were thankful for everyone's help.
There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The house was attractive and very clean.
The kitchen needs re-organizing. Some difficulty finding things. The upstairs kitchen dishwasher was very quiet. A Large refrigerator and lots of pots and pans for cooking. There were small kitchen appliances put in a high kitchen cabinet, but no step ladder to reach them.
Because of the winter weather, it was difficult not to track snow into the house. A throw rug from back door to kitchen would have really helped when hauling things in. There was a place for boots and hooks for coats and hats. That was really great. The entryway, kitchen, and dinning room is laminate so it was easy to keep clean with the broom that was provided.
The back entryway has W/D and a storage bench for supplies. That was helpful.
I would recommend this home for large groups, but beware, the steep driveway is more difficult, in the winter time.
This was our second Chelan Winterfest Retreat and we had a great time.

Great for the Gang
Our group gets together every year...for forty-two years now. This was our first trip to a Lake Chelan. The Willow Point house worked well for our group of couples. We wanted to cook in, and the kitchen worked. This house says it accommodates 12 and it will. There are real beds for our four couples—the rest futons. The kitchen has real pots and pans and storage containers and plenty of dishes and flatware. As in all rentals, the “sharp” knives were useless, but we had predicted that and brought our own. We wine toured and took the boat cruise to Steheken and the location worked for all that. And the views are spectacular from the deck. There is a gas grill in addition to the kettle charcoal grill shown in the photos. We were very comfortable.

Perfect family vacation home
Our extended family of nine— ranging in age from 22 to 88 — loved our time in this gorgeous house. Each person/couple had their own room and there was plenty of space in the common areas — the dining room table, on the deck, and in the living room — for everyone to sit together. The kitchen is huge and accommodated 4-5 of us making meals together. The vaulted living room has floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the lake and mountains. Everyone’s favorite feature, though, was the huge deck with a fireplace and view of the lake in the daytime and the Milky Way at night.
The whole place was spotless and the beds were very comfortable.
None of us wanted to leave. We highly recommend — 18 enthusiastic thumbs up!

Couples golf and wine vacation
Top floor of house is modern and nicely appointed. Beds are comfortable but bring your own pillow! Fun deck but we couldn’t get the heater to work even though it seemed to have propane.
Also the freezer made ice but the refrigerator ice dispenser would not work.
We enjoyed having a large bottom floor to ourselves. Lots of space. Good place for families and multiple couples to spread out.
