We stayed here the night before we left Tokyo. The process to check in and check out was easy. The hotel room was very clean and was bigger than another hotel we had stayed in earlier in our trip in Tokyo which was a nice surprise. There isn’t a lot to do in the immediate area but there are some restaurants and a subway close by and it is close to the airport too. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport at certain times in the morning and night and we were able to avail of the morning shuttle to the airport on the day we were leaving.

A great location close to the airport, plenty of choice for breakfast. comfortable beds, clean and tidy. staff friendly.

The hotel and its amenities were very clean. We needed a simple, overnight stay and it met expectations. Staff were very helpful when we had troubles checking in. We valued the hotel shuttle bus that came to pick up guests every hour. It was a very convenient service as we arrived late and didn't want to worry about navigating the train system late at night. Close to Otorii Station which was a very short walk from the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

The aircon in one of the rooms we booked was not fully functional. It was blowing out warm air rather than cold. We tried to change the temp and read the accompanying manual to fix the issue but to no avail. We were only staying for the night so it wasn't a huge issue for us. Rooms were very small but it was expected and was no surprise.

Close to Haneda Airport via Otorii station the location is pretty good. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms size was good, it is clean and all amenities were given. A breakfast buffet is available. A possibilty for having a packed breakfast if you are in a rush is given. If you need a good hotel for getting to an early flight from Haneda I can recommend this hotel and location.

The check in process using the passport would have been very good if the machine could read my name as I have multiple first names.

It’s near to Haneda Airport. I arrived late and so it’s a good place to stay the night. There are also convenience stores on the way. The check-in was fast and efficient.

Hotel strategico per chi parte la mattina presto all'aeroporto di Haneda. Il servizio navetta è stato molto comodo e super puntuale. Non ci sono moltissime corse dato che la navetta è unica e fa avanti e indietro con l'aeroporto, quindi consiglio di vedere prima gli orari di partenza e mettersi in coda 20 minuti prima della partenza, dato che si potrebbe riempire facilmente. L'hotel si fonda sulla strategia self-check in e per chi magari non è abituato, potrebbe riscontrare delle difficoltà, ma lo staff comunque è sempre presente per dare una mano ai clienti. Stanza carina, non troppo spaziosa ma funzionale per una notte. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

The reception with robots. Actually the robots did not do anything and you communicate with small machine. It was very easy self-check-in. We arrived at 3pm and walked around the area. There are many shops, restaurants and shrines around. The free airport shuttle service is good.

We chose this hotel because of its free shuttle bus service to Haneda airport. As the hotel says, there is not big availability for the minibus so we had to wake up very early to stay in the line for the shuttle bus service.

The dino robots was why we stayed. Free shuttle from airport worked out ok. We were grateful. It is very small

אחלה בית מלון, צ'ק אין עצמי קל ומהיר יש צוות אם ישנה בעיה. חדר נקי מסודר, מיטה נוחה (חוץ מהכרית). מחיר טוב. קרוב לשדה התעופה הנדה. יש הסעה מסודרת משדה התעופה אם מגיעים לפני 23:00 , וגם יש הסעה לשדה התעופה.

הליכה קצרה של כ 8-10 דקות מתחנת רכבת אם מגיעים מאוחר בלילה וההסעה לא עובדת, משהו שצריך לקחת בחשבון. הכריות לא היו נוחות.

The place was tidy and clean

It's an auto service with bots. I much prefer a human touch. Also, while they had a shuttle, it was difficult to find at Haneda Airport. Instructions given were not clear and the shuttle only comes for pickup once per hour. If you miss it, to catch a cab costs me 3000JPY. The place is reasonably far from the airport unlike at Narita.

Location was ideal for the airport and the airport shuttle service was a great help.

No humans involved in checking in process. Guests have to self check in via computer. No coffee in the rooms.

Wir suchten kurzfristig ein halbwegs günstiges Hotel in Nähe des Flughafens Haneda, für eine Nacht. Dafür war es völlig ok. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir eher etwas anderes suchen. Aber es war grundsätzlich gut. Es gab ein sehr praktisches und freundliches Flughafen Shuttle.

Der Check In per Roboter Personal ist zwar erst mal ganz witzig aber ohne Hilfe (vom echten Personal) wären wir nicht zurechtgekommen.

7-10mins walk from the train station (super nice karage shop right outside the train station!!), have convenient stores / eateries nearby. There's free morning shuttle to Haneda airport - make sure to check the schedule and be at the lobby early. You'll have to pay 500 yen to use the washing machine - reasonable, given the amount paid for the room. Basic amenity kits are next to the ground floor lift. Pick it up before you head to the room.

2 big luggages will fill the room walkway. We stayed for a night so not an issue. We still had to wait for staff to manually assist when we encountered issues at the self check-in.
