Facilities were good, lots of options. The cleaning staff were very helpful, quick and friendly. Several problems gaining access to our room but reception were also friendly, however the issue wasn't resolved our entire stay. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. The decor could do with a little update.

The local area is very rundown. We only used it as a base as we had plans in the surrounding areas. Not sure I would use it as a holiday destination.

Hotel in good location, rooms were comfortable with great kitchen an bathroom. Hotel bar was reasonably priced and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Our rooms were located near the front of hotel above where deliveries were being made in the morning. Try to get at the back of the hotel. Only one night so not a big issue.

aquaparc was open. entertainment in the evening.

There wasn't a lot to do in Albir but there were very beautiful views of the mountains

The apartment was very dated dark and dingy..cracked floor tiles. No microwave in kitchen had to ask for one.. Stayed 3 nights and had to use same towels to bathe which where not big enough in the first place and had old marks on them( even though laundered) as asked at, reception and none arrived.

Very spacious. Plenty of sunbeds. Decent buffet food.

Very bad lighting on walkways at night. Dangerous to gain access to accommodation. Second week room cleaning/make up a bit space.

The Water slides were great and that whole pool area was lovely. The air con in the rooms were great. Everything was very clean and the staff were very nice.

The food was awful. Very little variety. All the same for all 3 meals with some minor changes but not much difference. Mostly bland and mass produced. The rooms were not big enough for a family of 4. Bedroom was dark and cramped, Living room pull out couch was very uncomfortable and the fridge barely worked despite 2 reqyestes that it was checked.

The pools and waterpark

The rooms were very old and dated I asked to move rooms on the first day as there were ants walking over skirting boards ect but the second room was ant free thankfully

Water park is amazing, great choice for breakfast, good amenities, bars and lots of sun loungers and pools. Entertainment team good.

The room was a 2 star at best. It reminded me of something you’d stay at at club eighteen 30, old and mismatched. Shame as everything else was great.

Pools are excellent. Gym is very good. Very clean facilities. Reception staff very helpful. Luggage room is helpful while checking in and out. 95% of the guests were Spanish which was great, but we went before the British school children had broken up.

Beds are very hard. Could have done with more information about entertainment and facilities. Small waterpark had good facilities and slides but looked a bit tired.

Room size and quality was far below expectations compared to price and Booking.com pics do not match reality. No minimum ‘start kit’ for kitchen (sponge, dish towel, liquid etc) Mal functioning air condition (couldn’t cool both rooms) almost non existing wi-fi (0.0 Wi-Fi valley!). Insufficient space for keeping stuff around. Bad light in living room and in general showing years of tear and wear.

rooms and bed linen need updating. not everything in room as required. breakfast a bit chaotic

Slides where great and reception staff where very helpful with great English. Beds new but cheap matress my back was in bits.. could use a sweeping brush or pan in d room and more bin bags. All in all i would happily go back. Only down side was no shelter in the out door restaurant, so we went out for food.

Food was cold no bidet as advertised and an intermittent problem with the keys

its a bit dated in the apparent and they didn’t bring any clean towels so we had to ask at reception
