La proximité de la plage, la réactivité de l’hôte et la propreté du logement.
Les ustensiles de cuisine un peu limités. Pas de couteau qui coupe bien. Terrasse pas couverte et pas de parasol pour faire un peu d ombre.

Meine Schwester und ich haben dieses Apartement für unseren Aufenthalt auf Dominica gebucht. Es war sehr geräumig und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Elli war unsere Gastgeberin und hat uns schon vor unserem Aufenthalt kontaktiert. Sie hat den Transfer vom Hafen zum Apartement organisiert und war auch sonst sehr bemüht und immer erreichbar. Ich würde diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.

Tout est parfait ! L’emplacement sur l’île permet de rayonner dans toutes les directions, l’appartement est très bien entretenu et les propriétaires fantastiques.

Great host, very helpfull. Great appartment, beautifull view, close to the beach.
Was hard for me to find the place exactly. There is no sign outside the gate so you dont really know which one is it.
If you drive to the place navigate with google maps (which means that you need to have internet online).
DON'T NAVIGATE WITH MAPS.ME, THEIR LOCATION IS WRONG!!

Lovely apartment, great view over the water, 10 minutes walk to the beach.
A few of the screens over the doors and windows have tears in them, so a few bugs entered the apartment.

Beautiful view, only a 10-minute walk to the beach, InDee's restaurant (best lobster!) and a small grocery store.
There was no comfortable chair let alone couch to sit on in my apartment, only hard chairs. I highly recommend you rent a car if staying here in case the nearby restaurant or grocery store is closed (which happened to me) or not what you're looking for. Store had no fresh produce at all. Stock up at roadside stands or in Roseau.

Our host Ana Maria was so wonderful. She was personable, helpful and always there to answer our questions. The Royal Palms Villa was just beautiful, the view from the terrace was breath taking, the gardens around our terrace were filled with flowers and fresh fruit. The walk down the hill to Mero Beach was easy and the black sand beach was beautiful! The water was clear and warm, perfect for swimming! Definitely visit Indee's Beach Bar and Grill for the best fresh fish and cold drinks! A perfect place to relax and recharge the batteries!! We will definitely be back to this wonderful place!

The apartment is spacious, quiet and had everything we needed. It has a nice garden and the view from the terasse is beautiful. Ana Maria, our houst was very friendly and helpful.
Just a short walk down and you are on Mero beach. For me one of the nicest beaches of Dominica and a very good place to swim.

Location near Mero beach is nice. From the terrace you have a great view. Kitchen is very complete and other amenities are great.
Apartment felt a bit outdated.

Excellent location to visit Dominica - bus station close to the apartment -
The light on terrasse doesn’t work correctly to allow eating the dinner. The contact with the owner was briefly and we didn’t see her to guide you in Dominica. It is pity.
