The outdoor enclosed garden was fantastic - I have 2 year old twin boys so really enjoyed this outdoor space but it would be equally enjoyable for couples / families with older kids as it’s so nice to have that on the doorstep of your caravan - and with outdoor furniture! Also ideal to have one bathroom with shower & toilet and an additional toilet. Perfect location on site, just down the road from the entertainment facility (but far enough away noise wise), few minutes walk to the on-site park and 10 minutes to Beach or Leisure Park.

There was nothing to dislike. The only thing I think that could be changed is the damage deposit being returned a little earlier than “up to 14 days” but this wouldn’t be a reason not to book the place. Rhani’s super responsive and I would definitely like to book again soon.

Such a beautiful spot, large grassed area for little ones to play safely. Great location for the amenities on this large site too.

Nothing negative about the accommodation, just a shame we did not have the greatest weather there to make the best use of the facilities on offer. Will definitely return!

Location amazing, site is great with loads to do. Caravan was huge - really spacious.

The reception (which is not to do with the owner) was a little difficult and did not have a record of my booking - took a while to sort

Very expensive for pool ...I thought was included after paying the passes ....and the food in the only restaurant was very expensive and warmed up so we went and eat somewhere else every night I didn't realise how cold it would be though but it was February!

spacious, garden was big and secure for my 3 children.

blinds in bathrooms were dusty, and radiator in main bathroom dirty and rusty, one of the cooker buttons kept falling off when using, kitchen tap was loose, not much cupboard space in bedrooms or sockets by bed in bedrooms, would be nice to have lamps by beds, I had 3 children with me so would of been nice to have some dvds in the van as there was a DVD player but nothing to put on it, also some card games or board games would of been nice to as these were ticked to say they’d be in the van in description but wasn’t. alarm in van went off at 1am we couldn’t turn it off rang out of hours number and no one answered or came out, alarm was still going off at 9.30am when we checked out. so we all had a very disturbed night.

Lovely spacious garden and the spacious living area. Everything was clean and the smell of the caravan when we walked in for the first time was amazing! Great heating system to take away the morning chills. Great having a rotary line in the garden to dry off damp swim towels.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like.

Good location. And plenty of space for the kids to play. And it was safe

The cost of the entertainment passes. As you may not want to go every night.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.

Love the caravan and location,very clean and comfortable.

The caravan was lovely well equipped and clean. Having a parking space was brilliant too. There were only 2 of us as 1 had covid so couldn't come, but for just a couple of nights we had a lovely break.

Having to pay entertainment passes was annoying especially as we didn't use them. The reception staff didn't give us much info when we booked in. I had to ask where the caravan was situated! Loads closed anyway on the Thursday and Friday which we weren't told about. Opened Saturday when we went home. On check out complained about the passes reception lady didn't realise they were compulsory. None of this is the caravan owners fault but the Unity Resort. Sadly for this reason we would not book again.

lovely caravan within its own garden which is safe for children. very clean and appeared to have plenty of utensils (we didn’t cook). could do with an iron.

there wasn’t anything I didn’t like except for a member of staffs attitude but this is a separate issue I will take up with Unity and nothing to do with the owners of the caravan

Didn't like that we had to pay for passes and only had childs entertainment plus clubhouse closed at 12. Also the decking area outside was sticky and dirty Needed a good wash down
