All shops and restaurants are within walking distance.. very kids friendly.. staff and kids play area are so good.. Highly recommend for families with kids

Great location and very good value. Lia and Phan were great and very helpful. WiFi excellent in room.

Rooms were tired. Lighting in rooms very poor and the housekeeping was not great at all. Empty cups left, late cleaning rooms, no toilet roll and bathrooms not cleaned well at all.

Had to give a Large safety deposit USD 200 wasn’t aware and had to put on credit card. Takes 14 days for refund

Great resort with 3 different pools, one great for the kids with the slide, music and kids area and two other much calmer pools, where we spent the afternoons. We travelled with two kids and had a room by the pool which meant our youngest could sleep with the monitor while we were enjoying the pool. Super helpful, responsive and friendly staff, hotel also provide a shuttle to Kata beach several times a day and it’s about a 15 min easy walk to Karon beach. Good location with restaurants just outside the resort, (restaurant across the street, Eightfold is great), short walk to Kata outdoor food markets. We would definitely go back to this resort!

Maybe we are the lucky one - we get really good and fresh room number. It exceeded all my expectations, which were much lower. I was really happy during the all the time of vacation. Thanks to hotel for that. Everyday was good cleaning, we all the time was greeted with smile and willingness to help. In my opinion there is a good breakfasts.

Extend breakfast time until 11am. I first time write this: maybe need to improve a bit english level of all staff. But as you see it is a nitpicking...

A clean, comfortable and safe stay, close to all amenities. A beautiful beach, lots of nice sun bathing areas & pools. Lai, a staff member made our stay! He was absolutely amazing! A pleasure to have him around everyday and we will miss him.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, and a fun pool for kids. This is a great resort for families in a top Phuket location. The nearby beach is one of the best beaches for swimming we‘ve had in Thailand, especially for kids. We only had breakfast at the hotel as there are plenty of more affordable restaurants within walking distance.

The services (such as laundry) and drinks/food at the hotel are overpriced in my opinion. Fortunately, there are so many alternatives nearby. Also, the hotel is very close to the amazing Kata beach, but there’s the Club Med hotel blocking the direct path to the beach. So you have to take a bit of a detour which makes it a 20-minute walk. Easy for us, but something to consider. However, the hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle.

I have traveled all over the world and stayed in many hotels in Thailand, but the staff at Centara villas phuket is the most warm and welcoming I have experienced. Everyone greets, smiles, asks about your day and if they can help with anything, but in a way so that it does not seem intrusive but rather sincere! The villas are located in hilly terrain, but it is possible to drive around the clock. Super service.
