Gulf Front Private Home Sleeps 10. Beach House
La primera vez que se ofrece al mercado de alquiler, esta casa de playa privada de 5 dormitorios y 3 baños te transformará instantáneamente en el modo de relajación.
La pared de ventanas de todo el piso principal trae las hermosas aguas color esmeralda del Golfo a toda su sala de estar.
El plan de piso de concepto abierto le permite a su grupo estar juntos jugando juegos, preparando comidas, leyendo un libro, haciendo un "trabajo" en uno de los 2 escritorios, holgazaneando viendo la televisión o simplemente disfrutando las travesuras de los delfines jugando en el Golfo.
El diseño único de esta casa tiene dormitorios y baños en cada extremo. Dos dormitorios con cama extra grande y un dormitorio con dos camas dobles con 2 baños están en un lado de la casa, y otro dormitorio con 1 cama extragrande y 1 dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y 1 baño se encuentran en el extremo opuesto.
Todas las habitaciones tienen TV y la casa está equipada con wifi.
La gran cocina puede adaptarse fácilmente a varios chefs sin que nadie se sienta abarrotado. Está bien equipado con todo lo que necesita para hacer refrigerios o comidas de curso completo. La barra de desayuno tiene capacidad para 6 personas además de la mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente.
Arriba de la escalera hay una zona de loft extra con sofás incorporados para descansar. 2 paredes de ventanas y una terraza privada se sientan en lo alto sobre el golfo .... un lugar perfecto para alejarse de todo, leer un libro, mirar televisión, jugar un juego o usar como un lugar para niños. Incluso puede usar esta habitación para dormir en exceso para un par de "pequeños".
De vuelta en el piso principal, la gran cubierta frontal del golfo tiene muebles nuevos para comer, mirar el golfo y asar a la parrilla. Una sala de lavandería de tamaño completo también está en este piso.
En la planta baja, la planta baja tiene un refrigerador extra y una sala para guardar cómodamente todos sus equipos de playa.
Un lugar fresco para ordenar sus conchas es debajo de la casa, así como una ducha privada con agua fría y caliente y mucho espacio para estacionar.

Another great vacation for the Smith Family, and it was all due to the wonderful people at Blue Moon Vacation Rentals! They helped us get a beautiful home for our expanding family right on the beach! We felt right at home the minute we walked in. All the check in information was sent to us in advance, so we were completely prepared for our vacation. Can’t wait for next year! Thank you Blue Moon!!

10/10 would recommend this beach house. We do 2 beach trips a year and this was the nicest and CLEANEST house we’ve stayed at. We came with a group of 3 families and it was PLENTY big enough. There is an extra fridge downstairs that was sooo handy when having a large group. The house is minutes away from the bridge. Huge windows on the backside of the house make for a beautiful view of the ocean.Also, the customer service of the rental agency is top tier. I’m telling you it doesn’t get better than this! We will definitely be coming back!

We were very satisfied with our stay and would consider staying there again. I didn’t rate it an overall 5 because of the ice maker and the second refrigerator not being available. We bought ice twice and were there in February. The main ice maker just didn’t make much ice. Hardly any ice output. I recommend a separate ice maker. We did have an air conditioner issue but it was fixed with a few hours of calling. The renovations are very nice and they are continuing. Our really really appreciated the fact that our dog was allowed to stay with us. Finally, The view of the beach was great. It was a relaxing time for all.

What a wonderful house! I live very close to Navarre Beach and invited some friends (from various parts of the US) to be here on the Gulf Coast for 4 days. We all agreed that the house was one of the nicer ones we've ever stayed in - really well equipped kitchen, unusually nice decor, beach chairs provided and toiletries in each bathroom!
The management team was so great to work with as well. Have recommended this house to several other friends as the one they should rent when coming to this area!!

The beach views and property were wonderful. The house easily accommodated our family trip with parents, siblings and children. The property manager was very communicative regarding hurricane Ian and that helped us to relax a bit and enjoy our time on the beach. The only drawback is the stairs from the house to the beach are not aligned to the ground so there is a pretty big step at the end that was difficult for aged parents.

This 5bed, 3Bath house with Upstairs Lookout Room, right on the beach, was very comfortable for our family! The Grandchidren swam everyday and the pier wasn't far for fishing. We will go back!

They blamed it on cleaning the property but we walked into our room and there was a smell and there was still dried vomit on the pillows….. along with hair all over the floor in the bathroom. Not very clean in our opinion. There was several other small things that we were some what disappointed in but it was a condo at the beach so we just made the best of it. We have been to Navarre twice now and have stayed in numerous condos in Florida. Unfortunately- This did happen to be the bottom of the list stay wise.

Can’t say enough about the amazing flavors produced for dinner and appetizers by chef Shaun @chefshaun6412 (chefshaunmichael.com) who catered a to die for dinner (and he did the shopping, prep work and cleaned the kitchen up before leaving!). Definitely recommend this place. Deck has ample gathering space.

I quite enjoyed my time at the beach house. My family and I visited from South Florida in February. None of us had ever been that far north in Florida. It was so lovely to be staying directly on the beach. I had the deepest of sleeps listening to the waves crash every night. I would certainly go back but perhaps try March or April... when we arrived on Feb 19th it was a bit cold for the first few nights. This was my first experience being bundled up on the beach! But being from South Florida, we have many days of sunny warmth so I wasn't too disappointed by the weather. The house was spacious enough for 9 of us and my doggies to enjoy the home to the fullest. The kitchen had everything we possibly needed (although we did bring our own coffee pot because we're a bit of coffee snobs). The town of Navarre didn't have a whole lot to see - but we explored and visited Pensacola, Rosemary Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and Destin. The best part of being on the beach with not much around is you really get to relax. And that we did... to the max. :-)

Can’t say enough about the amazing flavors produced for dinner and appetizers by chef Shaun @chefshaun6412 (chefshaunmichael.com) who catered a to die for dinner (and he did the shopping, prep work and cleaned the kitchen up before leaving!). Perfect beach house for a group. We had a group of six adults, and was able to have a bathroom for each couple. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed for all our delicious fresh seafood feasts.
