This is a fantastic place to stay. Bogdan is a brilliant host, so helpful - he arranged for a driver to bring us to a vineyard and to the open-air cinema in Kamari, which was an amazing experience, all made so easy thanks to his help. The inside of the house is gorgeous and huge. Lots of space to relax, with a particularly impressive bathroom. Nice shaded area to sit outside the door and then a huge balcony/terrace overlooking an epic view of the caldera. The jacuzzi is awesome too. It's right on the hiking path between Fira and Oia, so you see an occasional head pop over your wall, but it's nothing to take away from the place. It's still really private, in a great location and with a stunning view of the caldera and sunset. Highly recommend this place.

The balcony/terrace isn't fully private - the next-door one bed apartment sort of shares the balcony. You have your own area with your own jacuzzi and loungers and they have theirs and there's a half wall dividing the two areas. It's nothing to take away from the place or staying there at all, but worth mentioning to help anyone who is a bit confused by the layout. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it.

Host was so communicative and knew everything about Santorini! He even arranged transport to and from the ferry and had someone carry our bags to and from the room (big deal considering the stairs of Santorini) He was amazing at helping suggest what to do, where to eat, where to beach and even connected us with a catamaran trip and helped us get a scooter. All in all… the location of this place, the view and the host would make me stay here again! And normally I opt for 5 star hotels.

The view was spectacular! The employees were very competent and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the decor beautiful.

There was no mirror except in the bathroom. There was no air-conditioning in the main bedroom (only in the living area). But there was a fan.

We would give this place a 100/10 if we could! The location is perfect - in Imerovigli away from most of the busy crowds, but right on the Fira-Oia path so it’s very easy to get everywhere. The space itself is huge and clean and even better than the pictures. You may hear people passing on the path below, but it still feels very private and safe. Bogdan is an exceptional host - he helped us with reservations, recommendations, and even helped us get a phone back that we left in a taxi. We cannot wait to come back again!

Breathtaking view over the Caldera. Very spacious apartment with much love to detail and design. Great location in Imerovigli near the church, main square, mini market nearby as well as lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Bogdan, the property manager was great and very helpful recommending restaurants, rentals and trip bookings. We stayed in the apartment for 2, a large terrace comes with it from which you can watch the amazing sunsets. It’s below the apartment across the main walkway, with lots of people passing by (since it’s such a great spot to watch sunsets) so you’re not really alone - but we weren’t bothered by that, since it seems everywhere a bit like that along the Caldera side of the island. We had a wonderful stay and found it was very good value for money.

Relatively private for Santorini, beautifully decorated and stunning views. The hotel is in the best area on the island, away from tourist buses and cruises but arguably one of the most picturesque. Bogdan was extremely helpful at welcoming us and giving great recommendations - could not have asked for a better host :)

The host was amazing!! So quick to reply to questions or when we needed advice! Let us use a small open room when we had a late flight upon checkout Beyond friendly! Loved knowing we could be in touch with our host, Bogdan when we needed a ride , advice on activities or restaurants etc. He felt like an old friend, always willing to help and never ever more than a couple minutes to reply. Perfect host! The home itself was AMAZING! The views were beyond incredible. We literally felt like just staying on our private patio just looking at the view! The home inside was sparkling clean and so beautiful. We wanted to live there!! The location was perfect for us. A 15 walk into Fira and beautiful and interesting along the way. We will most definitely hope to stay here again if we ever make it to Santorini again. Beyond our expectations in every way!

No complaints at all!!

Despite the fact that Greece is such a treasure. The location is perfect. Our view is breathtaking. Our apartment is just so beautiful, our bathroom is so lovely and spacious, the bed and pillows are sooo comfortable. Not to mention this pandemic's health measures are very present. Our tub and terrace is top notch!!! We were provided a welcome wine(which is so delicious) and water. Last but not the least; the host, Bogdan, is so accommodating, professional, informative, and cultivated - we are really impressed. Thanks a ton again!! And see you soon!!

The most important one, is that we had to leave, lol. Just minor ones like: we didn't have a refill of toiletries everyday - which for our use was okay because we didn't empty everyday - but for the price of the place, I think it shouldn't even be part of the topic. Same with coffee, this bothered us a little because there were some days that we woke up very early and no cafes are open yet. Other days were fine because there are cafes which are very close and provided far better coffee. These are far from stopping us from going back and recommending the place though.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The daily cleaning couldn't have been better and we had toiletries and nespresso pods changed when used. Bogdan was a fantastic host, from arranging our transfer from the port, to meeting us to hand over the keys. Excellent local knowledge and suggestions for places to eat. He arranged our ATV hire and suggested a boat trip which looked wonderful - we just didn't have enough time to do everything! All round a really fabulous stay in a house with an amazing view and great location.

The only things to be aware of are that there are glass windows between the main room and the bathroom in the apartment and there are no shutters or blinds so privacy is an issue if you are with someone you don't know very well!! Also at the time of year we visited (mid-Sept) you couldn't see the whole sunset from the hot tub/terrace on our side. You could from the other apartment so if this is important to you ask Bogdan to put you in the apartment with a full sunset view. This is quite a small point as the apartment, terrace, hot tub are fabulous and the view is just amazing and you can see the sunset anywhere in Santorini. We didn't miss out but it would have been nice to watch it from our hot tub.

Everything was great! Firstly, great location, well situated while being away from the crowd. Beautiful and comfortable house with an authentic local style. It is very well equipped. Lovely terrasse with stunning view on the caldera. The manager could not be more helpful! We’ll Definitely recommend this apartment!

Wow, where do I begin. Absolutely incredible stay. The property was spotlessly clean. And I mean spotless -- even the windowsills were dusted. Clean, white sheets that were changed frequently. Pillows had double pillow cases and were very soft, beds were king size and very comfortable. Very quiet air conditioning units everywhere. There were 4 of us and the two-bedroom house was perfect for us. It was a very big house, I don't think the pictures showed just how much space there is here. One bedroom is a cool cave room, one opens to incredible caldera views, and each room had its own bathroom. The views, of course, were the best part of this place. Unobstructed caldera views. Amazing sunsets. Big balcony with chairs and a table to enjoy an espresso in the morning or wine in the evening. And our host... Wow, he went above and beyond. Shared the best places to eat, to visit, to lounge on the beach. Every recommendation he made was truly great. And staying in Imerovigli was the best decision. It's quiet and peaceful without too many tourists, but you're also just a 20 minute beautiful walk away from bustling Fira. We had an incredible stay here.

Me and my husband stayed in Ikia Kriton for 5 days in August. We were so happy about our choice! In our opinion Imerovigli is the best place to stay in Santorini: quiet, elevated, beautiful, great location for walks, amazing sunsets, huge selection of restaurants/cafes. And if you choose to stay in Imerovigli, Ikia Kriton is the perfect option! The Appartment is so spacious and clean! It has everything you would possibly need (coffee machine for amazing mornings in your private terrace with breathtaking view and blankets to watch the sunset with cool breeze). They even have beach towels if you decide to go to the beach. The Apartment with Sea view has a coffee table and 2 chairs in the shade with an amazing view and a huge private terrace with 2 sun beds and umbrella! The view is stunning any time of the day and especially during sunset. From morning to evening you can enjoy your coffee/wine with snacks or fruits just there and you will love it! From the moment of booking till the end, all our questions were promptly answered by Bogdan. Before our arrival, he arranged airport transfer for us and assistance with bags to the apartment. He met us before check in and showed the apartment, and the area. He also recommended the boat tour that was the highlight of our trip! He was willing to share with us all the information we were looking for. Thank you very much Bogdan! You might also meet the owner of the Apartment - Mrs Irene. She is such a sweet and caring person! You will understand why every detail is thought of in this apartment and the vibe is happy and peaceful. I will recommend this property to all my friends.

Starting from the beginning the Host was amazingly helpful and friendly! He organized an airport pick up for us. He meet us and help us find the exact location of the hotel! The room was phenomenal! The view is breathtaking! Probably the beat in Santorini because that part of the island is the highest one, therefore you have an eagle view! Walking distance were numerous excellent choices fir gourmet food! The terrace of the room and the pool-jacuzzi was spacious and clean! Also very important the not many other properties can offer the privacy we had on the terrace! The bathroom and the room are mega spacious! Super clean! We had every night amazing sunset with wine and every morning delicious pastries from the near delicious bakery stores. Santorini is famous with their wine production, so take advantage! I highly recommend this property! 5 star review! If I could I would rate it 6!

The host is one of the best I've ever had, he's always available to answer any question or to help out with anything you might need. The location is the best in Santorini and the views from the apartment also the best in Santorini!

The internet didn't work at all. Nevertheless, Bogdan, the host, made everything to compensate for the problem.

We loved everything about our stay here.. where to start.. From the moment we arrived and met Bogdan our stay was perfect. Bogdan seriously rolled out the red carpet. He was incredibly welcoming, provided amazing advice and went way beyond expectations to make our stay special. The apartment itself was spectacular, equipped with everything you need, and very clean (room and pool cleaned everyday and the staff was incredibly friendly). The heated pool was brilliant and the views were breathtaking. Conveniently located on the main path connecting Thira to Oía, but elevated enough for privacy. One of the best spots to watch the sunset as it’s the highest point on the caldera. Simply put, when we go back, we’ll be staying here for sure!

The pictures online do not do it justice… seriously, the room, patio and pool are spectacular.
