Near the center

Check in very late... At 16.00 and if you want to enter before... You must pay extra... Not only, at 10.05, after 5 minutes of check out, the woman who must clean ring at the door... The air conditionated don't work well, no hand soap in the lavabo. The water after shower go out because the pavement is not the right level.

The apartment is spacious and located in a very new building. The position is perfect, very close to the old town. The staff is ready to assist you when you need.

The shower is designed to flood (a little) the floor. Moreover, there is no shelf to put the soaps during the shower.

The host messed up everything. We ordered 2 apartments for a group of 8 people. When we arrived when they eere still open and we couldn’t reach nobody and we were given only 1 apartment. 4 people slept on 1 bed and this was just awful. Host refused to return the money for one night , however booking did. Not my best experience

Everything was excellent and there were no issues with accessing property. Great area.

Clean spacious apartment with all needed facilities Very good communication with the team- they advised me about the trip from the airport (FREENOW app was great for taxi ordering) and they were available at all times to my messages via Booking with fast response We had only 2 body towels and needed more- we asked for it and the next day 2 more towels were delivered to the apartment by the maids, very responsive Quiet street, near bakery and small grocery shop Very strong good water flow in the shower with very hot water- great experience Comfortable dining room Nice balcony Equipped kitchen Sound proof windows, dark curtains Large full body mirror in the hallway Hard comfortable mattress in the bed

It was very hard to find the apartment when we arrived- Booking reservation says Boznicza 1 but the actual SMS message you receive on the arrival day at 15:00 says Boznicza 2- this is a complex of apartments with internal yards which is really hard to find your way in, we met other guests of other apartments in the complex and thanks to their help we found the right building and apartment, the apartment team did not answer my phone call for help but were available via Booking messages still hard to find the place It was not possible to shut off the heating in the bedroom and it was too hot all night long The apartment team was very responsive and sent maintenance to try fix it but they were not able to shut it off and the problem remained Bottom line- 3 nights without sleep due to heat in the bedroom was a nightmare The team really tried to help, suggesting we sleep with open windows and sending the maintenance team to try shut off the heating to the entire apartment but they were not successful- probably it's a fixed setting by the building and not the apartment The bathroom has only 1 hanger and weak lighting TV only has polish channels Bed pillows were soft and not comfortable

Actually comfortable apartment with all appreciated facilities. Recommend.

No toiletries in the bathroom so bring your own which is inconvenience if you just got if your flight . Shop nearby though so not much of a problem, Could do with a toaster in the kitchen

Spacious apartment, nicely designed, great communication and friendly staff.

Everything was making noise - bed squeaking was waking up our baby, let alone all the doors, door handles…

Lovely apartment in a good location. Was perfect for family or 4. it was nice there was proper drip coffee.

I wish there was more mugs / crockery, we couldn’t even fill up the dishwasher as there were 2 mugs and only a few breakfast bowls. It would have been nice to have had a map of local restaurants, grocery stores etc.

Easy access and parking is under building, so really easy to get in and out. I also like not having a key to carry around. Using a code is much easier. Close to downtown and a lot of great places to eat. Plus there are small markets close to get most things. Great location for pets also.
