Room is modern, super clean, very comfortable. fridge, kettle, water and juice and some tea and coffee provided. Daily room cleans. great location to explore La Spezia and Cinque Terre (10 mins walk to ferry and bus stop right outside). also very close to a free parking lot. very friendly staff with good recommendations.

Very clean, super nice staff!

The room was very spacious and clean. We also received 2 small juices, water and 1 sparkling wine on the house - we did pay a lot (prices were super high this year), so this might not have been a big expense for the accommodation, but the gesture was much appreciated. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we communicated on WhatsApp as well, every time we needed something There was coffee available in the room all the time and they would refill it all the time, this was a big plus for us coffee lovers The location is super close to the city center, few minutes walk, however if you go to the other direction you will also find some great places to eat at half the price you would be charged in the city center ;)

We did not disliked anything in particular. We are not fans of the Italian breakfast , which usually consists in a pastry, coffee and a juice. we prefer the normal breakfast - cereals, omelet, you know, standard ones :) After few days in Italy, you will feel the need of having a different meal, no matter how delicious their pastries can be and when you choose the "breakfast included" option, you expect to have a meal already paid for that day (like I said, the prices are not cheap at all)
