don’t ever visit, staff are extortionist

I asked for an early check in a day before checking in but on arrival was asked to pay Rs. 1000. I took it because i was there and was given an upgrade to a Suite. Unfortunately, the suite was not upto the mark - it felt like i we staying in the kitchen, despite multiple complaints, all they did was put room freshener. There was no power back up it seems and the lift wouldn't work most of the times. The food quality wasn't great either.

The room was worth the price, we enjoyed the stay. Its very close to all basic amenities.

Buffet - we had to constantly let the staffs know to refill the menu, had to wait long to even get drinking water and finally another long wait to pay the bill. Overall not so good experience with the lunch buffet at this hotel.

not a value for money . bed linen and pillow covers were not changed from previous use. locker didn’t work.

The room was reasonably large and quite clean. There was a TV with cable channels. The room was quiet. There was complimentary water, tea and coffee. A safe was provided. The staff was helpful and friendly. Aircon worked well.

The room had a strong odour which was probably due to smoking. The bathtub had cigarette butt burns on the edges. The bathroom was quite worn out. The sofa in the room was wearing out. TV had limited channels. The sheets had smudges although they looked and smelled clean.
