Tutto!!! Le camere sono tutte molto accoglienti e con l’odore di casa… la gentilezza del personale è unica!!! E la colazione con torte speciali fatte da loro è spettacolare!!! Io mi fermo sempre da loro x spezzare il viaggio da torino a Brindisi e non li cambierò mai!!

La struttura é molto curata e accogliente. La nostra camera era nuova, appena ristrutturata; elegante e pulita, dotata di ogni comfort.
La struttura dispone di una bellissima piscina che rimane sempre al sole per tutta la giornata e di un meraviglioso giardino ombreggiato dalle piante con molti divanetti e gazebo dove rilassarsi. La cucina è spettacolare, pietanze originali e davvero ben eseguite!

Location was ideal, 1 street back from the promenade, literally 1 minute walk from the gate. Facilities were spot on, a little dated but can’t complain as everything was clean and the staff were very welcoming and polite. Food was good. Breakfast was traditional and plentiful, lunch we didn’t have but looked good, but the evening g meal for us was the highlight. Daily dishes changed and the selection was local/regional and all freshly prepared. My pasta dish was very good but I was jealous if my son as his Marchegiana chicken was exceptional. Really nice.
Few bits in the room were a bit broken or dated but it didn’t affect our enjoyment. Cupboard doors wonky and not closing properly, sidelight by bed was intermittent and the shower tray didn’t Marty up with the curtain so water got everywhere.

The beach is directly across the road and a wonderful way to spend the day relaxing.
The lunch snack boxes that can be ordered from reception were absolutely fantastic.
Breakfast is delicious with really yummy pancakes.
Small deli just down the street with a nice selection.
Parking available at hotel.
Not hotels issue, but not being able to access dinner before 8pm which is difficult with small children

A wonderful hotel with a real family feel. we had a pleasant two night stay, making the most of the plentiful breakfast and stunning pool area. The food was excellent and the vegetarian packed lunch was delicious.
We had such a good sleep in the beds, a stunning view of the sea from our balcony and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The staff.
The room is not the same as in the photos. It is horrible to mislead customers with photos showing decent size room, only to find out that the room is much smaller than in the photo. That was unacceptable.

Great location, used as a stop off on way to catch ferry to Greece. Would love to have looked round. Hotel, staff and food were all amazing

we unfortunately just stayed one night, so we did not test the restaurant (we got a "take away breakfast at 5:30am however, which was excellent!), but what we experienced in the short time we stayed was exceptional. We received an upgrade so stayed on the rooftop Terrace Suite with stunning views and plenty of space! the pool was huge and very nice, the hotel is just one block away from the beautiful beach. Staff was super helpful with tipps about restaurants etc. And the price/value was just unbeatable for a room for 4!!! San Benedetto del Tronto is on our list to come back also because of this nice stay we had!!

Good location close to the waterfront (but one row behind). Friendly staff (in general).
Facilities are old, room was small. Cleaners making noise at 8 am while we wanted to sleep. Definitely not good value for money.
