This stunning duplex is situated in the popular tourist resort of Los Cristianos, offering a perfect place for families, couples and groups of friends.
Perfect location will surprise its guests of short distance to the all amenities of the place.
There are shops, restaurants, shopping centers, bus station, taxi nearby.
The nearest beach with long-lasting promenade is just in a few minutes walk. The complex has really quiet and relaxing ambience for unforgettable holiday.
There are 2 swimming pools, one is with children´s area, community gardens, minibar, supermarket.
The apartmant has 2 spacious bedrooms with wardrobes and bathrooms. There are 2 terraces with mountain and Ocean views.
The living room has TV, WIFI and terrace with folding hood to hide from bright sunshine. Our kitchen is very compact. Free parking outside.
Available baby cot and high chair for extra cost.

Lovely and clean apartment . Close to everything.

Apartment was very clean and in a great location close to some restaurants/bars.
Only minor issue was that the smell from the drains in the bathrooms needs to be sorted as stated by other apartment users.
This has not stopped us booking the apartment again.

Family celebration
We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was very nicely presented HOWEVER on arrival there was an extremely strong and unpleasant drain smell in both bathrooms — we managed to get rid of it in the lower bathroom but no matter what we did in the upstairs bathroom it never abated . We noticed that on the upstairs balcony the silver drain cover was buckled but the table was positioned over it .The general presentation and the view was really lovely but would not recommend for people of a certain age as on 4th floor and spiral staircase. A lot of stairs!

Big apartment well located with superb views
The apartment is very well located. There's lots of bars and eateries surrounding the complex itself, with the Passarella Centre just four minutes round the corner with lots more. The centre of Los Cristianos with its old town vibe and port are only 15 mins walk away. The pools are large, one is heated in winter. The bus station is at the end of the road, with cheap frequent routes locally and to the airport. A taxi rank is across the road, and there's also plenty of parking. The apartment is accessed via three flights of stairs, the spiral staircase to upstairs is steep and narrow - please bear this in mind if you have accessibility issues. We'll happily stay here again in the future.

Itwould have been nice to have had a cleaner to come in once a week with clean towels and bedding as 12 days is too long without either

Séjour de qualité dans un appartement de qualité
L appartement, le complexe bien adapté, les différents commerces au alentour m ont permis de passer un agréable séjour.
Le seul bémol, c est le manque d ascenseur pourtant annoncé dans la présentation du bien
