Es una finca ideal para el descanso, en un entorno silencioso, las instalaciones son bonitas cómodas y limpias. Juliana y Alejandro son muy amables, siempre dispuestos a colaborar con la mejor actitud. El desayuno también es muy bueno.

Súper amables todos, el lugar es hermoso todo a estrenar, pese que el colibrí me habló mal del lugar fue todo lo contrario, quede enamorada de todo, del lugar que es hermoso súper cómodo y de todo el personal que fue re amable, el café riquísimo y el chocolate también

The staff is nice and friendly, they make you feel at home

The location (nice garden, very remote/relaxing and green all around) and especially the view is stunning! Juliana, her father and the whole staff were really nice and helpful and always reachable. Juliana's father and brother gave me a very interesting free tour through the coffee factory behind the hotel, explaining the process of coffee production.

Since there was no restaurant, the food delievery of the own restaurant took some time, but food could be ordered all day, which was convenient. The blinds are not very effective, i.e. the room was quite bright in the morning. The boxer dogs are nervous at the beginning with arriving people at the finca, but then start to be cofident/in playful mode.

Staff was amazing, it almost felt like being at home with your family, they're lovely and talkative and always make us feel comfortable. In the hotel they have the coffee factory and they were very kind to show us all the process of the coffee and give us some tasting. Don Carlos was an amazing host, there are some dogs in the hotel that are also lovely and every morning you can enjoy the breakfast while watching the many birds that come around.
