The host was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Amazing to have the bed and balcony just in front of the sea to witness the sun rise.

It can be a bit squeezed for a family of 2 adults + 2 kids to have a meal together in the apartment. Luckily there are plenty of restaurants a minute away or less offering good food.

Amelia's apartment was a great choice for our Agios Ioannis stay. Perfect location, just behind the beach, on the main promenade, close to the shops and restaurants. In addition, we had a nice sea view from our balcony. The apartment was more comfy than we expected, had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. The wifi connection was also very good. Above all, we had an amazing host who did their best to make our stay even more pleasurable. Professional but friendly, warm and welcoming in every possible manner. Our honest recommendation.

Everything was great. We were worried about the lack of parking space but it turned out there was no problem parking just in front of the building. Could be a problem in the season but I guess most of the apartments on the main promenade have the same issue.

Maria is a wonderful host, assisted us with every request we had. The house is just across the street for the beach.

It's a 1 +1/2 rooms apartment. The 1/2 room barely fits 2 single beds. The air con. Is only in the bigger room.
