Location is very calm and greenish. One can sit and relax.

There was no intercom. Room service was not good. Bathroom doesn't have bathroom slippers. Those provided by hotel were very slippery. Limited food items were available at hotel and those which were available are very very costly. Situated on hill top and there is no pick up and drop facility from hotel side. Every time one need to book a taxi for Mall Road which would cost around 400 Rs. Not recommended for vacation with children.

Fantastic location away from crazy traffic of Mall road. You may truly enjoy Nainital with great view of valley and hill. The staff is extremely cooperative. Food is awesome.

Not good for elderly people who have inability to walk or for disabled people. They need to put more signages to guide the tourists. The access road it too steep but I guess this is a problem in entire Nainital.

Lovely property in a small valley surrounded by hills. The view is quite green outside. Food is expensive but is very good quality. The main house is a lovely colonial structure, with interesting artefacts and a great library. Going down to the mall is a breeze but the return is a stiff climb!

Our room was a little small, with an unnecessary partition between the verandah, which made the bedroom area quite cramped. There is a connecting door to the adjacent room which we were told is opened for larger groups. However, between the door and the thin walls, our nights were quite disturbed by noises from the next room. Even conversation sounds loud in the hills!
