Location is amazing just off from Praça San Salvador which turns out to host music a few times a week The apartment has all the necessary essentials and is a good location for work too. Liliana was very helpful

The owner was really friendly and helpful, and met us at the door to introduce the apartment. She also offered us the choice regarding the arrangement and layout of the beds, whether we'd prefer a twin or a double arrangement. The apartment has everything to make it perfect, but it needs work. The apartment has everything you would require, but it's isn't quite all there. The location is good and central, and easy to get around everywhere. The kitchen is well stocked, with new cleaning sponges and dishwashing liquids, and there is a washing machine in the apartment.

As mentioned, the apartment needs some work. For example, the washing machine works fine for the detergent, but is missing a piece for the softener part, to create a proper Pythagorean siphon, so you have to wait for the machine to reach the part of the cycle to add the softener yourself, at the correct time. Also it's missing a selector knob, which is workable, but troublesome. The beds had a top lining that was very crinkly, and makes a lot of noise when you turn or roll, and reflects heat like mad. And the thing is, it's clear that a lot of work went into renovating the apartment, with the beautiful ceiling LED lights and all, but these little items fall a little short.

Great and safe location, the host was polite and ready to help anytime, even with our arrival happening much later than we expected. The air conditioner worked well as well as the other equipments.

The room is brighter than I expected in the morning, since there are no curtains or black-out in the kitchen.

I really loved the apartment, and the location was perfect -- not in a too touristy area like Copacabana (so you get a better sense of the real Rio) but also a super super safe neighborhood near lots of restaurants and beaches.

Lilia is a very nice host and the small apartment has everything you need to stay for a few days until a few months. It’s perfectly located in a lively district and Lilia helped us out with all questions we had. Very very recommended

Very good location, near supermarkets, cafes, a safe area, the apartment is clean and small, hot water, towels. I can’t say that it was quiet, we were at the carnival, so it was noisy, but we liked it. A crowd of people danced samba under the windows very often, it was fun to watch the crowd. A very good hostess, always prompted, gave advice and helped us a lot.

There is no electric kettle. There are ants.

The location of the apartment is wonderful, the area is not very flashy and well known, but it's both central and safe. The apartment itself is far from being luxurious, but it has all of the basic necessities. It's a good value for the price.

The bed is not too much to my liking. Too soft.
