Amazing view, friendly owners, location.

Noise late in the night, done by a guest or the owners (not exterior) woke us up...could have been avoided.

Oh wow - this place is superb. The room and place itself to the wonderful hosts. 10/10.

Excellent location ( seaview from bedroom and lounge, near to the beach, restaurants, shops in Oneglia ) property very nice and familiar, better than at home!

Location, not far from train station, restaurants cafes nearby, perfect view from room's window. Spacious room, clean bathroom,. Communicative owner/manager, you can reach her via watsap or booking.com easily. There's a lift in the building. Good WiFi.

Breakfast could be richer. Price per night is a little bit high at the middle of February

It was very noisy I had to shut window and put on air conditioning in the end as I couldn't sleep 4 thumping music and people screaming talking laughing and dogs barking and traffic noise!! Unfortunately there was a leak from ceiling in bathroom and because it was weekend no plumber could be found they tried to fix it but it continued to leak. They gave me a goodwill gesture of 20 euros but I would have preferred at least 25% back Can booking.com do anything?

Cosy room with the view on the sea, very close to Imperia beaches and harbour. You can find many restaurants, gelateria and bars around. Also very nice boulevard to walk next to the sea. The owner is helpful and communicative. The breakfast was tasty.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea. I would definetly stay again!

very helpful owners, meeting us at the property, arranging safe storage for our bikes and making our early departure comfortable.

the bed is a bit wobbly… and we were sad to see all the single-packaged items in the breakfast room. as it was not rationed, nothing warrants now to have more plastic packaging than food :((

The location was nice, amazing view from the window! Very comfy room, nice breakfast and really nice staff!

Once thing which needs improvement was water pressure, we didn’t have much water to take a shower.. apart of that all was fine!

Very quite, peaceful and charming place! Definitely the best views and the first line to the sea. Beautiful terrace with chairs to enjoy the seaside and bright sun. Maintained by amazing and kind owner who is very welcoming and caring! Will be happy to stay here again, sincerely thankful!❤️

Beatifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Sea views from our room and the balcony in the shared dining/lounge. Bathroom was great with a large shower. Owner adorable. Nice Italian breakfast!
