On arrival day room was not clean But they changed room immediately when i called

The standard room had moss all over the walls. There was a cockroach on the bedpost and the toilets were stinking. Would not recommend this place at all.

Nothing to like about Caramel Hotels. It was a nightmare!!

Rooms are infected by cockroaches and rats. Bedsheets, pillow covers, towels are stained and not washed. The pillow and mattress had stains and it was extremely dirty. Bed bugs in the mattress. Extreme foul smell was coming from the room entrance. I booked it for 3 nights and had to leave the hotel after spending 1 sleepless night.

The check-in time of the hotel was 12 but even by 12:45, they were unable to provide a room... The bathroom ceiling was falling down. And the Hand faucet of the toilet was also leaking and not working.
