Beautifully appointed apartment in excellent location

My husband and I were travelling for our honeymoon and this was one of our favourite accommodations. The Staff were fantastic, they gave us a free bottle of bubbles to celebrate our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals (however so many amazing restaurants right close by) - we walked a little further to find some excellent places. The staff gave us excellent recommendations and were so helpful suggesting some fantastic restaurants and bars. It was busy on the walkway below us but the wooden shutters kept a lot of the sound out. Otigia was an incredible town and Palazzo Alfeo Aparthotel was ann incredible place to stay. We would definitely come back

Noise from restaurant downstairs could bother some really sensitive to sound. But we were totally fine with it. Also no elevator you need to carry your bags - not too many stairs and didnt bother us.

Party boats in the harbour

Lovely apartment, located on the pedestrianised sea front. Well equipped and clean, serviced daily. No outside seating, but French windows opened wide, and we enjoyed sitting looking out with special views. Breakfast deliveries were a daily surprise with a changing sweet and savoury mix from the bakery with a little fruit. Staff very helpful and friendly in recommending and booking restaurants.

Some noise from people walking and talking late on the promenade outside, but to be expected in a town, and we slept well.

A beautiful apartment in the perfect location by the water - clean, spacious, nice kitchen. Incredible views! The perfect place to stay in wonderful Ortygia! The staff were lovely and very helpful. I would definitely recommend!

The location, the view, the bed is very comfortable, towels are soft and luxurious, the room is very clean, house keeping service is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It deserves the 4-star rating.

Such a beautiful view! A very large comfortable room & a sweet kitchen. We only stayed one night but would be a very comfortable place to stay for longer. The young man who checked us in was very personable & quickly got us set up for a boat ride out to the caves & coves, a total treat. He was able to talk the boat company to take us out early for which we were very grateful. He also gave us the run-down on his preferred swimming spots. Other staff were also very accommodating at check-out. Property is on the main promenade but very peaceful & convenient for sunset drinks!

Beautiful room with a superb location directly on the water on a pedestrian-only suite. We stayed in a deluxe double room which had plenty of space. It is really a large studio apartment beautifully decorated and comfortable. A huge thanks to Alessandro who always went above and beyond. We arrived in a monsoon and without his help things would have been so much more complicated and wet! Breakfast is delivered to the room which was a cute touch and the fridge was stocked with milk, wine, water and juice. The location was perfect for exploring all of Ortigia. Would definitely stay again.

The location was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. Alessandro gave the best recommendations and was very patient with our questions. The terrace was amazing and the view was incredible especially at sunset.

We absolutely loved this place!!! I was looking for a truly special place to stay for my husband's first day in Sicily... I could not have picked a more perfect place really, we had such a happy and memorable time. Everything just exceeded our expectations... it started with an incredibly warm welcome by Alessandro, who is such a kind and cool person, and so passionate about the area. He is one of those rare people who add something truly unique and memorable to your trip. The view from the terrace towards the sea.is breathtakingly beautiful, and the jacuzzi the absolute highlight. And Ortigia is so incredibly beautiful. Thank you Alessandro for a truly wonderful time!!

loved everything!

It’s a beautiful property on the waterfront at Ortiga. The apartments are spacious, well appointed and clean. The staff are amazing and can’t do enough to help you - shout out to Alessandro!

There was some noise from renovation work at another property (although we could see what was being done) but only at certain times in the day and to be honest it didn’t spoil a thing and the hotel gave us delicious free breakfasts despite this being nothing to do with them.

Alessandro, was an excellent Host. He was extremely helpful, friendly and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone, also in great location with stunning views and wonderful sunsets.

A fantastic hotel, in the most fantastic area of the fantastic city of Ortigia... The location of this hotel is really superb. The room was spacious and the bathroom really good! The hosts are really friendly and helpful!!! Definitely I would be a repeater if I would travel again there!

if you travel with car, be prepared to face some parking issues... The closest public parking is not very close to the hotel. The hotel gives you the opportunity to choose valet parking but this service is not so convenient...
