The apartment is very nice and spacious. The location is excellent- 50 m from the supermarket and restaurants. Only 5 minute walk to Piazza Duomo and the sea. It was well equipped and clean. The only drawback was not enough hot water for two people to take a shower. You need to wait about 20 minutes to have hot water again. I guess it’s not a problem in summer but in March with 10 degrees Celsius outside it’s a bit of a problem. The host is nice and responsive. I recommend this place for a stay in Ortigia.

Host was very helpful with official and practical aspects of our covid-19 virus quarantine in the apartment, which extended our stay one week. He is a good man. He did not make us feel that we were a bother. The apartment is perfect! Very clean , uncluttered, and tasteful. Location excellent. Small food store, water tap store, cafes, restaurants etc. close by.

Being largely confined by the quarantine!!! We were unable to attend the puppet theatre next door nor visit many of the places we'd hoped to see.

Everything! Tutto Bene! The host is a gentleman and he was on time we promised to meet, greeted us and gave the keys. I am a 5 star hotel girl and I am extremely picky when selecting a place to sleep. I even carry my own hair dryer and towels. I am a neat freak! I have to tell you that this place exceeded my expectations! I am glad that I found this place and booked it. I highly suggest booking at this place. The owner thought of everything. Everything you will need is in the apartment. The pots, plates, cups, washer, refrigerator, etc are clean! He even has Wii player in the apartment. We never used it but it was interesting. The owner clearly invested in this property so the guests can feel at home. I also appreciated the decorations and arts in the place. Everything was tastefully decorated. Nothing was out of order and the machines were operating without problem. Hairdryer is small but effective as a big one if anyone wonders. Location is perfect. It is in the center of the city. It is perfect to go to the cathedral or the shopping area. Just impeccable location! The apartment is on the second floor but dont worry. The stairs were very short! It was a breeze to go in and out. I was here for 7 days and my husband said he wanted to buy a place like this. We really loved our stay here. We were very thankful that the owner put this place to rent it to others! It was just so fantastic!! Tip: to park, use talete in the outer corner of the Ortygia. We only paid 50 euros for a week. Thank you! And next time I come to Ortygia, i want to stay here again! Grazie mille!
