Nothing it was just perfect

The host was very welcoming and let us store our luggage before our stay but also after since we had the flights in the morning and evening respectively. The room was clean with all the necessary facilities. The location is really good, 25 minutes from the Colosseum by foot, and it is also 2-5 minutes away from a subway station and multiple bus routes.

Our room was quite noisy (the window doesn't have the best sound insulation and we were near the main street). Also the breakfast can be more diversified, but it's expected for an Italy breakfast.

The noise of air conditioner from outside, but there is the solution: close the window, turn the air conditioner on, and it will be quiet in your room. I just like to sleep with open window.

This is my second time and it won't be the last , it has become my home in Italy . Highly recommended

Everything was absolutely fine. The staff was really nice and the accomodation was only 2 minutes from the metro station. When I will arrive to Rome again I will definitely stay in this B&B.

The place is delightful. The rooms are huge for the price, especially the bathroom (though mine -- private -- was across the hall) and very clean. Breakfast included a wide variety of cold cut meats, cheese, pastries, and yogurt. They even put out chocolate eggs for Easter Sunday. The location is great. It's not in the historical center, so it's quieter, but it's just steps from bus and metro stops that can get you there quickly. The neighborhood is quiet, well-lit, and safe at night. There's a great gelato place (Rivareno) right around the corner, and a DHL office two blocks away if you need to ship anything. The staff are nice. The management is very responsive to email, texts, WhatsApp, etc.

Again, I liked that it was outside of the historical center in a quieter neighborhood, but some may not. You can walk to the Colosseum in 20 minutes, or take the bus there in 5-10. The hotel is right by metro and bus stops, so it's easy to get anywhere you want to go.

The host was very kind and friendly with us. The location is very nice and clean. The subway is 2 min away from the location. A lot of restaurants ar nearly with very good food. If I comming back in Roma, i know where I will stay.

Excellent choice for accommodation in Rome. Very clean room, quiet, bright, comfortable with nice wooden furniture, and very large bathroom! The area was very good, safe, with many options off transport by bus and metro. Even on foot in 15-18 minutes you can reach the Colosseum passing through the beautiful area of Saint Clement. Alessandro the owner was kind and willing to serve you. Good breakfast with several options in the kitchen, and at any time you will find coffee and croissants.

Maybe need a repeater on Wi-Fi because the signal was weak in our room

Excellent choice for those visiting Rome . Especially solo travelers and couples. It is an fully renovated Bed and Breakfast, it was clean , tidy and quiet . The room was spacious and had all of the amenities , including plenty of hot water in the shower and an fully functional air condition to regulate the room temperature at your preference . I loved it and would definetely visit again as i am a frequent visitor in Rome and this one is one of the best i have ever stayed at , in this price range .

-They only downside is location, it is further from the center of the city where all sites are, however there is a metro station right next to the building. This can prove challenging to someone visiting Rome for the first time and dont want to walk a bit, but trust me the neighbourhood of San Giovanni where Alle mura is located , is far better than staying in the busy noisy hotels and streets of the historical center. Plus ,as with Alle mura di san Giovanni , as you get further from the center the quality of the buildings is better and rooms are only recently renovated with a more affordable price -Breakfast could be better and less sugar based

Everything as described or even better. Great location very close to metro station. Nice small restaurants and bistros nearby. Room and bathroom spacious and spotlessly clean. Italian breakfast with very good coffee available in the morning. Host very friendly and speaks English. Great place for a short stay in Rome.

Breakfast was wonderful and with plenty of handmade products, delicious! The location is right there in the center of Rome, I could just walk to "Basilica di San Giovanni" and to the whole historical center.
