River Rhein is around the corner and the city of Cologne is reachable in 20 mins ride. Hotel offers garage parking. Breakfast was good and service was friendly. Elevator was not in service, but we have been offered a ground level room.

No parking spaces around the hotel. We left the car in the restricted area in front of the hotel for one night. Not enough light in the room and the bathroom. Elevator was not in service, but we have been offered a ground level room.

This is a great 3 star hotel however, this was classed as a 4* Hotel. It does not qualify as 4* because 1. Did not have 24/7 Reception Cover 2. Did not have evening meal al a carte options on site at hotel. 3. No Safe locker in room You can find this hotel listed: https://www.hotelstars.eu/de/deutschland/service/hotelsuche/ Which is not the experience I had.

Lovely family-run hotel in the middle of a lively and lovely town next to the Rhine. Super clean everywhere. Warm welcome, guided tour of the facilities and shown to me room. Very nice

I could not get a wireless connection overnight and understood there was a problem for all guests. Apologies were given, which was great although there was nobody available to tell/get resolved at the time I wanted help.

Great place to stay! It is a modern hotel with it's own style. Everything in my room was looking fairly new. Comfy bed, very clean everything. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Definitely recommended.

It was very clean and the shower was the best.

There was no parking for the car so we need to walk 6 minutes. I need to go pay for a parking at 9 in the morning. The breakfast was not so good as what I expect.

The breakfast and location are good. Tram station is about 15 min walk from the hotel.

Parking place is in the small garage and you cannot access it without staff and cannot access it after 22:00 at all.
