Location and food.

The double beds , we asked for single beds

The staff were nice and the room comfortable despite some flaws. The inside pool was great for the kids. Would consider returning if the price was lower.

Our room was next to a big fan on the roof which was loud when we wanted to have the window open. The toilet was in a narrow space with little room for your legs because of the furnace location. The hotel pictures show a large outside pool but its not part of the hotel and not open while we were there. Overall the price seemed high for the location and accomodation.

The staff were exceptionally rude on two occasions and justified it by claiming we hadn't greeted them in the morning. We hadn't been aware of having been greeted by them.
