The spa was amazing and made full use of the facilities. Breakfast in our room was also delightful appreciating the amazing view.

Although its not in town and maybe a 5/8 minute car ride from town, the hotel from its facilities to its general feel is really worth the trip. I have to add an additional line for the professionals that work the concierge and front desk, not only did they go above and beyond their way to make our stay at the hotel great, but also they made sure our trip outside the hotel in Crans Montana was great too. From the front desk to room service to housekeeping staff top notch people that made our trip great. Definitely recommend Le Crans to people that enjoy high quality atmosphere and excellent service.

resturant should be more international for all tastes. its a michellin star but didnt enjoy it as expected.

Lovely restaurant with an excellent chef and team of waiters. Calming spa area which was perfect to unwind after a heavy week.

The kitchen staff were sadly smoking beneath our bedroom window and the fumes woke us up in the morning. The manager on reception responded well to the feedback and I am confident this matter will be addressed.

The facilities overall are excellent for a small hotel. Lot of attention to the decoration and comfort.

The restaurant. Service was extremely slow, it took us almost three hours to finalise dinner, small details like leaving the drinks menu and not coming back to take the order after more than 15 minutes. All dishes were superbly presented, however half of them lacked of special taste (something that anyone could cook). In all, we had expectations based on other Michelin star restaurants we have visited and this one was far from meeting those.
