I loved the Doble bed, every day was done. Martin, in the parking is excellent, also the others are good. Location is amazing! The places is safe.

I call many hours early to inform that we will be there, so to get everything ready in the room, but NO soup,no shampoo, rinse, NO hairdryer. Breakfast I give 6 points. The staff are not so gentil. Don't smile when you're say hi or hello. They need some training. We need the little towers.

Late at night, There was no hot water in the shower. Also no cold water in the sink. Also, not even one glass. When I informed them in the morning they immediately sent someone who fixed the water

Breakfast was ok.

The bathroom had the locking latch on the outside. That made me very suspicious of criminal activity on behalf of the staff and very nervous about my belongings in the room while I showered. So much so I showered with both the bathroom and shower doors wide open. Criminal activity on behalf of the staff os sadly extremely common in this country including murder. For example: over 100 Americans have died under misterious circumstances at the Hard Rock hotel Punta Cana which is supposed to be 5 stars. And I personally have had the staff rob me from the room safe. Same from the Hostal San Francisco de Asis. Here an electronic lock is no guarantee that the hotel staff itself won't harm or maybe even murder you.

Did not like the breakfast at all there was no milk for the coffee which we had to take back to our room as there was no where to sit

It was utterly dreadful....the reception ists were simply the worst. There was only one who stood out...Jonathan. he couldn't ďo enough. I would not stay here again if you paid me. Period. !!!

Everything!!!! .... first the attitude of the staff left alot to be desired....totally the unfreindliest ive ever come across..the service was almost non existitant...i would had have had more service in Draculas Castle!!!! there .was 0 hot water, there was 0 Internet in the rooms....shockingly bad. Internet was only available in the lobby and restaurant.

I loved everything about the room. The size of the room was awesome, to the huge bed and the private Jaccuzzi. The room was clean. I also loved the movie channels.

The breakfast was okay. I expected more varieties of food. There wasn't enough food or drinks for the price that was included on the breakfast. The dining area wasn't as clean. especially the floor.
