La playa de Bacvice es una playa favorita en Split, y es premiado con una bandera azul. La playa es de arena y el mar es azul turquesa con una pureza controlada. Una de las actividades más famosas en la playa está jugando 'picigin' (un juego con una pelota que se juega en el banco de arena), y es un deporte favorito de verano en Split, y también se puede divertirse con otros deportes de mar. This property is a gem in a perfect location! The villa is a little quirky. Three floors with a large bedroom with bath on each. The first floor has a bedroom and what must double as a living room. The kitchen is attached to the building and just outside the ground floor door. It’s all fine assuming you’ll spend most of the group time in the patio. It’s really lovely! But the BEST part is Ana the manager. The kitchen is well equipped. Much more than usual. And she offered and we wisely accepted her offer to make several dinner reservations. She was so attentive and great. Also if you’re going to want a tour of the Diocletian Palace, be sure to opt for a private tour. Otherwise you won’t know what you’re looking at. It’s really worth it.

Ana, the host, was extremely helpful. She provided lots of information and always responded rapidly when we asked a question. The accommodation is very comfortable, has lots of character and is very convenient for the town. The highlight of the property is the balcony, covered with bougainvillea, and with a view over a small local park. When we arrived, the 'welcome pack' was a particularly kind touch. My only reservation was that the parking place was 2/3 on the house's ground and 1/3 on the narrow road. Passing cars get perilously close to the wing mirror - even when folded in. However I think this is 'par for the course' in Split, where ANY parking space is like gold dust! We enjoyed this rental and can recommend it highly.

The house is in a wonderful location, so close to the old town, shops and restaurants. It has its own parking space outside the house. The house itself was perfect for us, so much space and the terrace is just perfect to sit and eat breakfast every morning. The house has everything you need, if not more - in case you forget anything, there are little touches in case you need anything. The air con was available in all the bedrooms which was much needed.
The host Ana was one of the loveliest hosts I have encountered, she was so friendly, responsive and had excellent communication prior to our stay and during our stay. She gave me some lovely recommendations and was so helpful with all the questions I had. They had left us some snacks and drinks for us on arrival which was also so thoughtful. I really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone else. It was perfect and my kids did not want to leave! Without hesitation, I would rebook if we were to return to Split.

The property was just as advertised and provided all the historic charm one would hope for when visiting Split. It was a great setup for us traveling with our college son and his friends. Everyone had their own, standalone room (double-occupancy per unit) and bathroom while we all shared a functional kitchen and beautifully enclosed and private outdoor space.
It is so close to the historic center of Split, yet on a quiet local street with the grocery a couple minutes down the hill.
Ana was a wonderful host and kindly worked with us when our arrival time traveling from Dubrovnik had us at the property earlier than we originally anticipated. She was so gracious, and her team was as well. We couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome. She provided great restaurant and site recommendations.
One point of note, the ground floor unit does not have a standing, but only a handheld shower, understandable with the history of the structure and there is a step down into the toilet and tub area. Not a problem but should be noted if someone traveling has mobility limitations.
We truly enjoyed our visit and loved having her historic gem of a home to come back to every evening after adventuring.

Lovely 3 bedroom villa just on the edge of the palace. Very close to bakeries, grocery stores, beach and the waterfront. No car needed as everything is in walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat at home for a few meals a day. The bedrooms were very comfortable.
Ana was prompt with communication and very helpful before and during our stay.

We loved every minute of our stay at Ana’s charming house right next to Diocletians Palace. Upon arriving we had snacks and drinks in the fridge and Ana’s communication was top notch. We stayed 6 days and loved every minute. It was close to everything- very spacious bedrooms and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location with a superb host.

A lovely property which is a few minutes walk from the centre of Split but set back on a quieter street. 3 large, double rooms with ensuites stacked on top of each other with separate key access makes it very suitable for 3 couples, or in our case, a family with 2 older teens who appreciated their own space. Kitchen is a little quirky, with access off the courtyard, but has everything you need. Ana was lovely to deal with and i would recommend the property and Split.

Absolutely spotless, traditional property, spacious bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with beer and nibbles provided. Lovely terrace, perfect for eating breakfast and evening drinks! Best location for everything, old town, gluten free pizza, Tommy supermarket and Riva promenade.

We rented the house and had a nice vacation. Clean, very near to shops and restaurants. Used kitchen area and terass a lot, for gathering in mornings and evenings. Missed out on some kitchen equipment otherwise all perfectly fine. Recommended

Girls weekend away
We have tried twice before to go because of covid it has been cancelled twice. Ana was brilliant, organised taxi from airport. The villa is well situated - 5 mins walk from sea front. It was spotless and well equipped with everything. We are planning to return next year.

Ideal location in Split
The villa is in the heart of Split and just short walk to the Old Town making everything easily accessible. It was clean, roomy and very comfortable. Ana was a lovely host who helped us with airport transfers, Covid tests and anything else we required. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

This place was absolutely perfect. It was a lovely house, close to everything, and Ana was fantastic to work with. Within minutes, you could be in old town, at the beach, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, everything. The balcony and patio were perfect for in the mornings and evenings. I can't say enough great things about this property. If you're trying to decide where to stay...just book this one!

Ana met us at property and gave us suggestions on places to eat and beaches to visit. We rented 🚲,'s amd rode to Kasumi beach. This is a unique property.The bedrooms are separate keyed entry's with a shared kitchen off the downstairs courtyard. Delightful area to drink coffee and eat local baked goods. Ana left juice, coffee and CHOCOLATE! Convenient to everything, I highly recommend this VRBO.

Everything is good about this property- except the arrangement of the rooms.
Example- to go from the downstairs bedroom to the upper bedrooms you unlock one door, go outside, and lock that door. Then you unlock another door, go inside and lock it behind. Reverse the process to return.
To access the kitchen, it’s unlock-lock, unlock-lock also.
Very inconvenient, but the property is otherwise remarkable.
Thus, 4 stars overall.

Great location
We were able to walk everywhere in town right from the apartment. The apartments were spotless and nicely furnished. Only downfalls were the lack of parking and the living room would have to be considered the walled-in outdoor patio--we did sit out there every evening and enjoy our dinner. Oh, and you should be aware you have to go outside to enter the kitchen.

The house consists of three beautiful large private rooms, each with their own full bathroom. A washing machine in located on the ground floor bathroom and drying rack provided. Location is excellent - it is near many restaurants, shops, markets and tour outlets. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. While there is no indoor common space, we enjoyed the courtyard for evening meals and drinks. Towels and sheets were provided every second day and the garbage removed daily. The shared kitchen is small but well equipped. Our host was informative and provided maps and shopping/restaurant information. Parking is limited to a small vehicle but this was made known to us in advance. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, so relaxing
The property was so clean and central to the old town. A lovely bakery to the left and a small supermarket just round to the right. We really enjoyed our stay here and Ana checked us in and showed us a map to get our bearings and organised our transfer from and to the airport which was great a lovely car and driver. We would definitely recommend this property.

We were 3 couples on our way to a week of biking off a boat. We stayed for 2 nights at Ana's lovely apartment and all had our own mini bedroom apartment for privacy and a common kitchen and outdoor terrace. Just a 2 minute walk to the old town action! Great!!

Ana was a great host. Ana was quick to respond and had some wonderful suggestions for local restaurants. The property was just as stated. It was absolutely spotless. We had assumed there was a common living area, but the beautiful terrace worked great. The location was perfect, so we could walk everywhere. Perfect stay in Split
This property is outstanding in every way. Its location is ideal - just a block from Diocletian's Palace and the promenade, but set back from the road overlooking a park, so you feel out of the tourist throngs. Our group of 7 fit very comfortably in this 3 bedroom villa - 3 huge and tastefully decorated bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The first floor bathroom also has a washing machine. There is also a separate kitchen with everything you could need and some basics like tea, coffee etc. Ana even left some welcome munchies and drinks for us which were so appreciated after a long trip. There are 2 beautiful patios to sit in and enjoy. The property has AC which was a huge plus in the sweltering heat. It is absolutely immaculate and it is clear that the owner takes huge pride in delivering a wonderful experience. Ana met us as we arrived and gave us a very helpful orientation. She was so welcoming and helpful. Absolutely perfect stay!
