The Hotel was in an excellent location right in the city centre, only a five minute walk to the main shopping street, and right beside many excellent restaurants. I had a family room with a terrace that led onto the rooftop garden and bar. There was a spa situated in floor three. The charge for using the spa was €15 per person. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean our room was cleaned daily.

As there were four in our family I thought the daily charge of €15 per person for the use of the spa was expensive. The Spa was quite small and felt very enclosed and warm. The hot breakfast every morning looked like it was lying in dishes for quite some time and was cold. The tea and coffee machine and toaster were not working on two mornings that we were at breakfast. I felt the breakfast was very poor overall.

Location is super and our villa was up on the 4th floor with a beautiful garden in front and Porto city in the background, absolutely loved the tranquility of it yet right in the heart of this beautiful city

The apartment could do with more ware, cups, plates, glasses, a wine bottle opener etc

it is great location but the first flour is on top of a bar the music is loud and in the room it sounds like you are in the bar . noisy!!! the room is big but the design is old. the hotel is not well maintained. some of the wall's paint is peeling off.

Wonderful large suite with a view of the cathedral as well as a small but very cosy terrace overlooking the town. Pleaty of room and very comfortable bed. Service was superb and very helpful.

Shower holder was damaged and did not hold shower in place. However, a very small issue in what was one of the best stays in a while.

The location is fantastic!!! You are in the heart of the bustling city but once you step into the lobby you are in a peaceful serenity. The hotel itself is beautiful! Everything is so clean and updated and welcoming. The host at the front desk, Diogo, was exceptional! He welcomed us with warm greetings and spent time explaining to us about Porto and the many amenities offered at the hotel. Diogo’s passion for his job is inspiring and it made our trip that much more enjoyable!

Our room, breakfast and location were perfect. The Junior Suite we stayed in, room 509, is one of the most beautiful hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. The woodwork in the room and the views are gorgeous. Breakfast was a full hot and cold buffet, fresh and delicious and also served in a beautiful room. The location is on Rue de Flores which is pedestrian only so there is no traffic noise and multiple good restaurants right there. Our stay here was outstanding in every way.
