De ligging was perfect, het appartement was schoon en modern. De eigenaar is vriendelijk, geeft je meteen veel informatie over wat er te doen is. Bereikbaar voor vragen, hulpvaardig. Het ligt aan een drukke straat, wel veel lawaai.

De afwasmachine was kapot, de afvoer van de wasbak in de douche lekte. Het rolluik in de slaapkamer was kapot, hebben we zelf gemaakt. We kregen maar 1 handdoek per persoon voor 5 dagen , maar hij kwam wat bijbrengen toen we er om vroegen. Maar 2 theedoeken , geen keukenhanddoek of vaatdoek. Het slot van de voordeur doet heel moeilijk, het was steeds een gepuzzel om erin te komen. Of de sleutel, of het slot is kapot.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and the bathroom sparkling clean. Only minutes from a metro line, about 7 mins walk to Aldi and only a few blocks more to the best coffee in Lisbon at Fabrica coffee roasters. Pedro was so friendly and a gracious host. we loved our stay here in the most wonderful city of Lisbon!

The apartment was in great location , the host was awesome . The bedrooms were great. Bedding was nice. . . Newer bathroom , very specious .We could walk to all attractions in Lisbon. Nice kitchen Host left some coffee :))) and gave us some very good advice .

Not so comfy sofa bed

The building is quiet and close to high end shopping and the meeting point for the tourist buses. The building itself is charming with heavy wooden doors and a very pretty stairway. The apartment is just about ten steps up so not many stairs which is important if you’re carrying luggage or groceries. The apartment had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay away. The beds were quite comfortable. The fact that it wasn’t in the tourist district made for quieter evenings. Pedro, the owner, was very nice and responded quickly when I made an inquiry.

I thought the place was nice but the hot water ran out fairly quickly. If there are two or more people, schedule your showers with plenty of time in between so that the water can heat up again. That was more of an inconvenience though than a problem. Also, do yourself a favor and avoid using the washer/dryer in the apartment. Apparently it works but I never could figure out how to dry my clothes. There is a laundromat though about a 5 minute walk away which was both convenient and quick. The main tourist areas were about a 15 to 30 minute walk away but it was a nice walk with beautiful stores to window shop along the way.

It was close to everything and it was great for our family it had all the amenities and we felt right at home especially with 2 children!

The unit had an excellent location. Our host Pedro was very friendly and helpful. We had to change our arrival times twice and he accomodated us very kindly. He helped us find a parking spot.
