the staff at Belcekum beach hotel were amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. The location is right on the beach. The food was excellent and there was a lot of variety. The location and scenery are perfect as it’s a bit quieter. The scenery is beautiful and overlooking the sea and mountains. All the staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful. Their hospitality was the best. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Everything was really good

It was an insuperable location, amazing offer of activities inside of the resort and outside, really nice and helpful staff and lovely food. The accomodation was clean, comfortable and amazing views.

Some food was missing the labels, and there wasn't a huge variety of main dishes.

Oludeniz is unique place!Every day we were at the blue lagoon beach,which is 1.5km from the hotel!Uniquely beautiful place!

Typical noisy city type hotel,which are next to each other!The show at the hotel next door was like it was ours!We did not like the beach in front of the hotel and the sunbeds there were insufficient!The food was monotonous and poor!Entertainmant ZERO!There is no WiFi in the room!Most of the staff were impolite!I show a picture of the strange vent in the bathroom!Through it we talked with people from the next room!This is funny!Hahaha!The floor siphon smells!The air conditionerof one of the neighboring rooms was damaged and it was very noisy at night!This is not a hotel gym!Very poor!

Some of the Staff we're either tired as it was close to end of season, weren't very friendly, or it was just the language barrier, but we noticed poor customer service at the hotel. Food Was OK, buy perhaps do less but do it better!

The Internet signal was not available in rooms, only on the balcony. No pathway from showers on the beach to the hotel / sun lounger - only option is to walk on the sand.

One of the biggest inconveniences was lack of the Wi Fi in the rooms,had to use a local sim card. Loud music during the evening shows,impossible to sleep until they are over. A broken shower holder. An air con is directly over the head and a light switch is behind the pillow(can accidentally turn the light on),it's not the best layout for these appliances. No proper blanket,just a thin cover. Paragliders land all over the place,in close proximity to the hotel entrance. No possibility of the late check-out (the hotel was fully booked,not their fault,but worth mentioning),ended up paying for another hotel as we had a late flight back home. Noisy, drunk,ill-mannered brits,getting smashed by the pool every day and night,ignoring the fact they are not the only guests in the hotel.

Beachfront location. Food is amazing. Personal is super friendly and professional. Lots of things to do around the hotel - shopping, restaurants, tours. Oludeniz is a perfect place to stay with family - not too crowded, not to empty. Great vibe.
