All of the pools are lovely. The buffet is great, as is the variety of beverages available. We had a great time.

Our room was a long way from the pools and eating areas and there is no lift. It’s difficult to access if you need a pram as we did (with a 7 month old baby). We carried the pram up and down the stairs each time as the ramp was at the other end of the property. I thought that was a bit of a pain.

buffet was poor. ridiculous that nobody even cleaned tables before we even sat down..!! Not even butter sachets to put on bread 🍞 and no napkins at all on tables..!! Really Poor all around..

4 diffirent swimming pool with nice view, nice beach

There are a lot of nuances that spoil the overall impression of the hotel, for example, there was not even soap in the room ... for a 4-star hotel, this is a shame. Food is also a question, the juices are all diluted with water, it would be better if they served 2 juices but natural, as in other hotels

Only that is a beach front

The food is awful, some even not eatable The hotel puts a very loud sound on the restaurant and swimming pools (forró, sertanejo and other Brazilian musics) The hotel does not have any beach service and once you get to the beach local people will try to rent you chairs The hotel was overcrowded, and their no hotels rules, so their were people with loud speaker even over the hotel loud sound. Their was no soap or shampoo in the room bathroom This is an expensive hotel compared to the local options. I felt an idiot to pay for it!

The location is really good and waking up with the sound of the sea is also great.

The hotel in general is not clean. The restaurant and the halls are not cleaned so often, same as the rooms that they clean only after 72 hours and you have to book a clean date. The food is also a problem. Even being an "all inclusive", there is not much food available. It ends really fast and they do not refuel. It is also cold. I do not encourage anybody to stay in the hotel on the current situation. Looks like it was a nice hotel before, but today nobody is taking care of the hotel There is no beach service. You cannot have a beach umbrella without paying.

Food was ok, good variety but only a few of them good quality. Room really nice, very comfortable but the toilet could be clean The location is wonderful, the beverage is low quality but never ends. Overall, It`s ok, worth the money.

It is situated in an extraordinary position in the middle of the Natural Park of Natal. Very quiet & relaxing. Seaside and location very well and frequently maintained by the staff. Good prices for the meal and the amenities.

Air conditioning quite noisy and not easy manageable. Furniture to be renovated. Cleaning of the common parts to be improved. Limited visibility of the location from the road at our overnight arrival. Menu' variety to be improved.
