Breakfast was adequate, and enough variety. Hard boiled eggs were a plus, nice cappuccino, yogurt, and I made a little sandwich out of delicious bread, cheese, and ham for my ongoing train travel. My room was quiet and the bed delightfully comfy.

The fact that the hotel,has no restaurant or bar service in Saturday or Sunday was difficult. I had come on a long train ride and needed both food and wine. I had an apple and some water.

Other people's hair were in my towels. Also there were problems with toilet.

They were so reactive and ready to face all unforeseen.hotel was quiet and clean in a nice point of the city.

The temperature of the bathroom was not stable and it became or too hot or too cold,unfortunately the breakfast was not rich as I was looking for maybe some scramble eggs,bacon or a natural orange juice

Air-con extremely poor, could not cool down. Had to put fan on which kept us awake all night. We phoned the hotel in advance to book a room as it was getting late. We were told ‘no rooms’. We went on to booking.com and booked a room straight away. The person answering the phone clearly didn’t want to deal with us. It was late (23:30) and so the restaurant and bar was closed, which is fair enough. We asked if we could have to take to the room but were told no. Not even a drink. A bottle of wine was refused. Breakfast was poor with no milk or water. Very limited variation. Lady at breakfast very polite and friendly. When we checked out the chap on reception tried to charge us even tho we paid online when we booked.

Great hotel. Ac was just adequate.
