Same (super simple) breakfast every day. Only ~80% of the time able to get hold of a staff member quickly. (Was manageable though.) No dedicated practical place to put surfboards.

Hotel is 5 minutes walking from the beach in quiet yet tourist area. Room is super clean and comfortable. Friendly atmosphere. It's actually better conditions than on the photos so it was a very nice surprise :)

It's in a quiet location set a short walk off the main road and a short walk down to the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance, The room was fairly big with a fridge and kettle. The breakfast was very good. Staff at the hotel are very pleasant and helpful.

Guy working there is very kind and helps you in anything you need. Swimming pool and breakfast are very nice.

Room was not so clean and with several cockroach. Just be aware of that if you are afraid on insects.

Very modern, with good AC, bathroom with good shower and pressure, sound proofing, dark in the room. Very large bed. Nice balcony looking onto a garden. Great location, close to the beach. No noise.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Sky Garden Mini Hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet and great to relax in. There is also a spacious private balcony overlooking a courtyard and palm trees, as well as AC. The hotel is a stone's throw from the beach and restaurants. The owner was very friendly but discreet and breakfast was simple but tasty - a Sri Lankan omelette (or however you wanted your eggs), as well as fresh fruit and toast. The rooms are exactly as pictured, although more modern showers have since been installed. Overall this is a great choice if you're looking for somewhere cheap as a base in Mirissa.

We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view during the noon heat! There's always a little wind blowing. This is a nice small hotel run by a friendly family. It's just a two minute walk from the beach, and there are many nice restaurants, cafes and bars along the street. It's located in a side alley, so very peaceful and quiet (no tuktuk sounds). Breakfast was filling, fresh and quickly served in the morning. Compared to other places nearby, you get a really good value for your money here. We liked it so much that we extended our stay by two nights.

The bathroom was a bit run down (but still clean). Also the bathroom door is quite low, so I hit my head a few times.

The rooms were great. Modern shower. 4 posted bed. Nice balcony . Breakfast would have been fabulous if not for heavy hand of salt in omelete making it inedible for me. Juice was wonderful as was fruit platter. Loved being in sky seeing birds

No cold water one day. No hot water next day. Owner pleasant but it was more hotel like than friendly place. Kids very loud Got a packed breakfast first day as we went whale watching ( don't do it in,rain). Box was filled with ants. Had to be binned. Wi-Fi didn't work in our room. Had to get new box brought up after we used our package
