Room comfortable and good size. We had the lake facing room which is a lovely view but noisy when doors open from traffic. No air conditioning so we found the rooms a bit warm at night . Limited English speaking do communication a little difficult. Good location to market and other sights.

The room was exactly the same as the pictures. Great view of the lake! It is near a main road which worried me slightly, but with the doors closed at night there was surprisingly no noise. The bed was great too. Oh and the rooms have carpet! Don't underestimate how rare and how nice a change it is to have carpet in Vietnam. The best included breakfast buffet of the whole trip too I think. So many choices! The location is perfect for walking around the lake area. Good value, nice hotel and wished we could have stayed another night, but it was fully booked.

We had an excellent stay at Ngoc Phat Dalat Hotel. The hotel very is centrally located, walking distance or short taxi ride to most things in Dalat. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The staff are excellent - kind, friendly and ready to assist you with anything you need. Highly recommended if you are staying in Dalat. Thank you!

Noise at night

I stayed on the third floor at the back of the building, and it was very quiet. No road noise or construction. I could take hot showers. The curtains helped to keep the room warm throughout our stay. We're very happy with the cleanliness of the room and the beds. It was a quick check-in and check-out process with no waiting line. Lots of choices for breakfast buffet as long as you arrive early. After 7am, there are so many people and we noticed there were more limited food choices.

Water from the shower leaked a little bit from the bathtub from time to time, so you have to pull the curtains in all corners of the bathtub thoroughly so that no water comes out from the shower. But it was a minor concern for us.

location is perfect, easy to access Lan Vien Square, night market, and lake. The room is comfy, we request an extra pillow for my son and they sent it right away. We rent the hotel car for 2 days tour and it's perfect, the driver (Mr. Thai) is very approachable and kind. He gave suggestions and it seems good. Will Highly be recommended.

Breakfast, on our 2nd day. we eat breakfast at 8 am. it turns out that there is not much food, the soup is finished and didn't serve a new one. the breakfast time is 6:30 to 9:30 am. we just ate egg and sandwich, coz I'm asking for noodle soup and they say it's finished. Still have a guess but not much food.

Comfortable, large, clean rooms. All staff were very helpful and polite. We needed a cardboard box to pack some items and asked reception if they had any boxes, the receptionist later found a box for us and also supplied us with masking tape and scissors, she was very helpful. The location is excellent - 100 metres away from the big supermarket and only 200 metres from the lake.

The parking area at the front of the hotel sometimes appears to be a taxi depot, sometimes there were 10-12 taxi's parked there and the drivers were quite noisy, we could hear them from our room even with the doors closed.

The location was good, opposite the lake and near Dalat center and night market

The hotel is a cheater and staff untrained. I was not given the room I had booked and paid for and only after I refused to take that room I was “reluctantly” given the room I had booked, room with balcony. Even the balcony was only one feet wide, you can barely stand, no question of sitting. The staff told me that they could not give me the room I had booked in the first place because “they gave it to somebody else”. When asked the bell boy to bring my luggage from the room first given to me to my changed room he asked me to come with him and “help him” bring it. Staff in most Vietnamese hotels is untrained and rude. They don’t apologize if they make any mistakes. Most tourists in many places are Vietnamese who have never travelled outside of vietnam so they don’t know how the hotel and its staff should behave so they don’t complain and feel happy with whatever they get
