The breakfast wa terrible. Although it was provided as part of the service, it was far from good. Most days only one choice available which consisted of a well overcooked omelet. A second cup of coffee was difficult even if you offered to pay. Once pancakes were available however, they made the over cooked omelet look good.

No room service for 6 days except for one towel exchange. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink and one day there was no water at all for hours.

Everything was perfect!

The room was spacious and very clean, the bathroom had many amenities (except hair dryer), the air conditioner worked perfectly, and all very quite, to get a good rest. The breakfast had several choices a la carte. The room was a studio with one large and one small bed, kitchenette, TV and a small table with two chairs.

Hair dryer was missing.

We stayed in the Family Room with A/C with 3 double beds (#5), which is on the 2nd floor. Location is okay, close to a plaza (walkable). Once inside the front door/gate it is actually nice. Good A/C in the room. Great view from the 2nd floor. Has communal terrace with a microwave, large table and seating where my family could eat dinner outside. Helped arranged for transport to downtown San Jose.

Looks super sketchy from the outside, has a very steep driveway off a high traffic main road so it was hard to back out of. Has free parking but is a terrible double-park system (you can be the one who is blocked in, OR you can be the one who will be called to move your vehicle because the blocked-in car needs to leave). Luckily we did not have to find out what if the people whose vehicle is blocking you are gone from the hotel. Charged us $12 USD for who knows what (early arrival? 2 "extra" towels because they only gave us 3? Extra tax?), we didn't bother asking because staff didn't really speak English. Terrible Wifi, at least in our room. Did not have gallo pinto for breakfast even though it was on the menu. Bad coffee at breakfast, orange "juice" is more orange "drink" (like SunnyD if you're from the US or Canada).

Everyone was so kind. We had some difficulty with our ride the following morning and the whole staff was working to solve it. One member was even going to drive us himself. Also, if you are on the front side, the view is amazing! There are so many birds, too. It was a very nice, reasonably priced, great place to begin our vacation! We would definitely stay again!

Don't stay here. They charged me for breakfast that was included and did not refund me the money.

I was charged for a breakfast when it was included. They said it was a mistake and would credit my account. It never happened. I reserved a room with a king bed for my husband and me. When we arrived they said the reservation was for one person and they moved us to room with two beds on the lower floor. Was it because we are a married gay couple? The people upstairs were very noisy and the room smelled old and musty. If you don't arrive early you will park on a busy street. It not worth staying at Out of Bounds to save a little money. We will never stay there again and you shouldn't either.

What an amazing view, staff was decent and the included breakfast definitely helpful/tasty.

The bed was average at best and there were some places in my room that hadn't been cleaned in ages.

The beds were dirty with other peoples hair, The Coffee maker was disgusting still had coffee from the people before of us Really bad experience
