La gentillesse de nous avoir donné les clés plus tôt

Les sanitaires sont à réviser et il manque du linge de maison à disposition.

Très bien placé, proche des rues piétonnes du centre-ville. Calme. Grand lit. Bien aménagé. Des placards. Personnel très agréable.

Odeurs d’égout dans l’appartement et lavabo salle de bain avec un mauvais écoulement. Pression de la douche pas très puissante.

Très bien situé, au calme et bien insonorisé.Le personnel pour la remise des clés est très aimable et accueillant. L'appartement était très propre et lumineux. Les produits de toilettes et de cuisine sont appréciables. Un très bon séjour

La première chose qu’on découvre après réservation : l’appartement se trouve Jeanne maillotte, mais il faut récupérer les clés dans un hôtel a plusieurs minutes en voiture de la. Le parking, lui, n’est absolument pas au même endroit non plus. Très peu pratique si vous êtes chargé. A aucun moment ce n’est précisé dans l’annonce ! Concernant le logement, ça ne vaut pas 128€ la nuit ! Entre la chasse d’eau qui fuit, le lit branlant, les joints de salle de bain noir, c’est assez éloigné des jolies photos sur l’annonce. Quand on loue à ce prix, on attend un minimum…

The location not far from the centre. The huge comfy bed. The equipment in the kitchen. Netflix for the children. Friendly staff at the reception desk. Great shower.

Access to the flat before 4pm would have been good although we could leave bags at the reception desk. The toilet was tiny in the flat (but clean). The 'caution' took a long time to come back (6 days) but that may be the bank - would be good though if the hotel could signal that all was well with the deposit.

Well furnished, clean (except for tiny shard of broken glass in the carpet, as my wife found out when walking barefooted on it), comfortabel, good location.

In contrast to what was advertised, there was no parking available. Luckily finding public parking near apartment was no problem. Apartments are on second, third and four floor, no elevator, so lots of stairs to climb (and no airco to cook down afterwards). Very limited views from windows.

1. Very well located (except for the major roadworks in the street in front of the apartment - work began at 7am, very loud, but that will no doubt be finished in a few months). 2. The flat was clean as was the bed linen (although the latter was very well-worn, with holes in places). 3. Well equipped, and spacious. Ideal for a couple.

1. No parking, despite written advertising and a written request from me with my booking. It seems this is (currently?) not available. 2. No lifts / elevators and no mention of this significant lack, despite having written at time of booking (several days in advance) to request flat access as a disabled person. I never received a reply to either enquiry, and discovered on arrival that the apartment allocated was up two very steep and dangerously narrow stories, causing me considerable pain and inconvenience to ascend after eventually finding street parking some distance away.
