A good experience on all sides. Excellent breakfast, clean room, friendly and helpful host couple, quiet and cozy house, good transport connections and location - I will visit again in the same place!

The shower cubicle was very small no good for a weightier person. It was very high too.
We searched for accommodation without dogs, so we thought we had one, no they were apparently they were dog friendly.

Good breakfast, comfortable room - shower could be more powerful. Location wise absolutely perfect for visiting my student son. Would definitely use again.

Comfortable, clean, welcoming, and safe, great location. I had a room with own ensuite bathroom and loved it. Nice and warm, and enjoyed breakfast.

The breakfast was good, all freshly cooked to order as well as a selection of cereals. The location on King Street is perfect - a five minute walk to the football ground in one direction and the high street in the other direction. The beach is also only a short distance away.
It's not that I didn't like it but just as a caution to others that there are shared bathrooms. But, being a converted house rather than tailor-made hotel, that is going to be the case. No problem for me but could put others off.

William has been an amazing host. Clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast and walking distance from the city center. Would definitely stay here if we ever visit Aberdeen again

Situated in very safe part of Aberdeen. Bus in front of the door. Sufficient equipment, kitchen available. Very tasty breakfasts. Very helpful and kind owner of the pension.

Hosts are wonderful and welcoming. The delicious breakfasts helped me get through the day. Comfortable room with private bathroom. Good location that is close to University campus and a bus away from the centre of town. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Aberdeen someday.
A minor detail: my shower was very cold one day in the early morning. It woke me up for sure!

Good location, friendly staff, and no problem with my late arrival. The premises were very clean and functional. The breakfast was good, with cereal, fruit etc and a cooked breakfast.
